But the only person that know the secret of the formula is mula the mother of shalom , once he acquired the V10 he can run back in time and travel to the future to change the timeline but the day mula gave him the V10 ,he was about to injected it on his body , but he was stop from another speedster from another timeline and that speedster was shalom .the future shalom.
But the future shalom can't stop him he did inject the V10 and he was able to escape thinking that he will run to the future but he didn't he was struck back to the present, he can't run to the future . that is how he know he was a reverse speedster . the only way he can run to the future is to create a wormhole and only the positive speedster can does it .
He was brought back to reality from the flash back all he needed to do is to kill mula course is son was the course for him to be struck in the present.
