The Kraken Summoned - 4

Largo: "I hope that's not like the right one, shit. I don't know."

Largo continues to crawl through the pile of dead bodies. Sorakai picks up his pace to clear the jump. Successfully making it onto the ship.

Sorakai: (Aquan) "Mission complete sir."

Jake looks towards the ship. Sticking a note on his lute.

Jake: "Hear me play the sound of destruction!"

All of a sudden, a loud ringing noise goes off. The ocean's water explodes into the air. Noticing the damage output was not as effective as hoped. Jake begins to walk around the hut towards the pier. Jake turns its head to look back at Jack. Quickly sticks another note on his lute.

Jake: "You got this, my friend!"

Jack quickly runs and dives into the ocean. Swims over to the ship's anchor and begins climbing up it. Abigaile reaches into her bag and pulls out a handaxe. Then drops the rest of her belongings onto the sand, then rushes over to the edge of the beach. The priest sets upon a pile of rocks and begins to wave his hands in the air.

The Kraken Priest: (Aquan) "From the depths of the ocean! I call upon your help to bring forth a giant squid to help aid me!"

The ocean waters begin to move, and tentacles begin to survive. Trying to grab the trident, completely missing. The trident takes its weapon, swipes at the priest, and hits. Causing the priest to fall over and slide down the rocks into the ocean's waters. The ship begins to start sailing and Largo fires one of its arrows at a lantern. The glass casing shatters, spilling the oil across the top of the deck. Watching as it hits an object. Largo tries to hurry over to a beam of the pier to climb upwards, making it to the top. Sorakai quickly sets up his mini cannon on top of the deck. Wipes his hand over his forehead to collect some sweat.

Sorakai: "I call upon my god to use this cannon to fire water out and douse the flames!"

The cannon goes off with a big boom. Water begins to shoot out across the deck. The sky begins to turn into a heavy fog for a moment.

Sorakai: "Set sail now the fire is out!"

Sorakai quickly runs to the back of the ship and waits by the wheel. Jake walks to the end of the pier and gazes at the ship. Sticking a note on his lute.

Jake: "Hear me play the sound of destruction!"

All of a sudden, a loud ringing noise goes off. The ocean's water explodes into the air. Causing a big hole in the side of the ship. Noticing it is slowly sinking.

Jake: "You cowards!"

Jake turns its head to look back at Abigaile. Quickly sticks another note on his lute.

Jake: "You got this, my friend!"

Jack manages to climb aboard the ship. Drawing his rapier.

Jack: "Sir I challenge you to a dual"

Thrusting his rapier forward. With the ship rocking side to side, missing completely. Abigaile rushes to a beam to the pier and tries climbing up it. Once she is just about to place her hand on the pier. Abigaile slips and falls onto her butt. The pirate captain leans over the deck of the ship and drops what looks to be an egg into the water.

Trident looks in the direction of Largo.

Trident: "One day the great beast will rise from the depths of the ocean. When that day comes, I hope you will be ready for it. Because the land will never be the same."

Largo: "Oh, all right buddy. What should I do?"

Jake: "Fire just before the anchor!"

Largo: "Alright!"

Largo fired the arrow into the side of the ship, hearing it made contact.

Sorakai: "It is finally time."

Sorakai looks up at the stars.

Sorakai: (Aquan) "Praise be to God. It's finally time for judgment."

Sorakai looks across the boat. Patting himself off.

Sorakai: "As I close my fist. Your body should change before my eyes."

Jack's body and belongings begin to shrink to half their size. Then Sorakai throws a flask across the ship. Reigniting the deck of the ship. Jake walks over to the Abigaile.

Jake: "I have an idea!"

Abigaile: "Ok..."

Jake: "Hear my voice travel far and wide."

Jake quickly sticks a note on his lute.

Jake: "You got this, my friend! Dream, we will find you and help you, friend! Tell them, fight as you've never fought before!"

Jack lets out a yell, as he thrust his rapier at the pirate captain. Piercing their side, with a sound wave followed by a flash of light.

Abigaile out in the direction of the trident and yelling.

Abigaile: "Hey fish, can you get me some fishies?"

The trident person nodes their head and jumps into the water taking the priest's body with them. The pirate caption turns quickly as they draw their sword and begin to swing. Cutting Jack twice. Largo tries to get one more shot at the ship. Seeing that it was not as effective as he was hopping. Proceeds to walk away to the remainder of the group.

Largo: "Hey guy. So I guess it is us now."

Sorakai walks over to the rowboat resting on the top of the deck. Hoping to pick it up by himself and just land up pulling a muscle.

Jack lets out a yell, as he thrust his rapier at the pirate captain. Piercing their side, with a sound wave followed by a flash of light. The pirate captain's pants leg catches on fire and begins pasting the fire out. Sorakai takes this opportunity to fire a cannon at Jake. Striking them, as they fly overboard. Splashing in the water.

Sorakai: "Yo captain, let's go!"

Jack gets picked up by the trident and takes him back to shore. As that happens, Sorakai loses their balance. The caption stays aboard the ship and goes up in flames with it. The group waits around until morning next to a bonfire. Sorakai swims to shore to steal a fisherman's boat and heads back out into the open ocean.
