Dying Alpha

Nineteen years old Rose Luther of the alpha King of the crescent moon pack. The King, her father was known for his cruel and ruthlessness. He never cared for anyone :his mate, his children, his pack, all he cared for was himself, always thinking of a way to subject other clans ,broods and clutch under his rule. Everyone hated him even his own children. After the death of her mother things became even worst. There were more and more attacks, the weren't safe anymore.

George her elder brother took the responsibility to protect a siblings it took them out to the city where they all started life anew.

Blending in was pretty hard, but with time they adjusted and everything was going well..

Two months ago she moved on to her own apartment. Although she didn't get enough love from her father, the tough turns they had faced in the past life made them strong and independent.

Her ocean blue eyes, lilac soft lips, slender eyebrows and light brown skin made her look attractive. Her Raven black hair flowed over her shoulder and perfectly shape body added to her beauty.

Looking up at Bryan " I thought the diviners healed him" she asked

" It's dark magic" seating on the couch besides her , he continued " They tried , the dark magic is too powerful, it will drain every last life in him until he dies, eventually"

He paused for a while " He won't stay long" he concluded; his eyes showing a hint of sadness.

For a minute the room fell into a long silence

"And why does he want to see me?" She asked indifferently

" I don't know" he shrugged

" How is George"

" Busy you know, taking responsibilities as the next alpha and running an entire organization... It's kinda stressful;

"So, are you going" he added

" No" the thought of going back there made her feel Bogey.

" I think you should go"

Rose looked at him in a baffled manner

Seeing her bemused face he scoffed " look, I know you seeing him or going back there might be the last thing you would want to do but, give it a second thought, even though he wasn't a good father he is still your father.... Our father, okay".

He paused for a while then continued " if he wants to see your, i think it's important"

Thinking for a while " okay, fine" Rose finally said.

" I should say.. that was a hell lot of speech, I'm impressed" she stands up and walks towards Bryan, holding his ears she dragged him towards the door.

"Ouch--ou-ch"

"Next time you come to my apartment, giving me speeches on what to do, I'll slit your throat." She slams the door closed.

After hearing her retreating footsteps,he brought out a debit card from his sleeves

" At least I won't be bugging guys for some time" he exhaled before dashing out of the apartment.

Somewhere outside the city

Phone rings, looking at the ID he picked it up " Any news? " He said in a deep voice

" The Alpha is dying, he won't stay for long" the person on the other end answered

" Good, Commerce with the Abyss plan" a smile appeared on his lips... More like an evil grin

" Yes , Lord Vlad" the latter replied before hanging up

Putting down the phone he snaps his finger, immediately someone appeared out of the shadows.

"You know what to do"

" Yes my Lord". he replied before walking out.

Two days later...

Tyler's house.

Coming out from the kitchen and walking towards the dining, he placed the dishes before heading back to the kitchen.

After setting up the dinning table for breakfast, he went to freshen up. Ten minutes later, he went back to the dinning just to meet his mum waiting patiently for him.

"Good morning, mum" he greeted walking towards her.

Without saying anything Aunt Julie stood up and enveloped him with a hug

Looking confused " mum wha--" Jack was about to say something but was sushed by his mum.

" Sh- sh ... , don't say anything" she paused for a couple of seconds then added "just know that I love you, and I want nothing more than the best for you"

Almost tearing up she sniffed and wiped her eyes

"Now let's eat before the meal gets cold" she firmly started before walking back to her seat.

While eating jack notice Aunt Julie's gloomy expression.

" Mum, what's wrong? You don't look happy" he asked

Hesitant for a while she said " I will be traveling today for a business survey"

Seeing the complicated expression on his face she explained further

" I got transferred to a new site , so I and my team are going there for site surveying."

" How long are you going to be gone?" Jack asked with a hint of sadness in his eyes.

" There are a lot of things to do at the site , I can't be specific about it"

The room fell into silence for a while ,then she added.

" I promise I won't stay long, and if I am done settling down I will come take you with you"

" When is your flight? "

" We'll be taking off by 9:30 this morning"

Jack just nodded and continued eating.

After the meal it was already 8:50, Jack helped to put her luggages in the car and they drove to the airport. It was a thirty minutes drive; On getting to the airport, He packed the car and help take out his mum's luggage.

A man approaches them, neatly dressed in a black suit

" Good morning, boss" the man greeted

" Morning Kyle" she responded

" Meet my son jackson " turning towards Jack " He is my assistant, Kyle Eddie " she introduced

" Nice to meet you , sir" Kyle said extending his hand towards Jack

" Pls,stop with the formality, call meJack" taking his hand " nice to meet you too " he replied.

Taking the luggage from him, he walked towards the terminal where the crew were waiting.

" Those are my crew over there" Aunt Julie said point towards the director Kyle went to .

After bidding farewells to each other, Jack entered the car and drove out of the airport.
