Chapter 63: Inconceivable

Deep into night, western bank of the Nandu River.

Dozens of police cars were flashing, each with fully armed criminal police escorting a group of bandits onto the vehicles, which whirred away.

"Officer Xia, thank you very much!"

Li Zhongnan laughed to the gorgeous policewoman beside him.

"Hypocrite!"

Xia Xue gave him a glance, then laughed, and said, "Actually, I should be the one thanking you. Several of these bandits are international fugitives wanted for major crimes. After tonight, I may be promoted soon."

"International fugitives?"

Upon hearing this, Li Zhongnan inhaled sharply and felt a chill run down his spine. With each of the twenty foreign desperadoes armed, it would be almost impossible to take them down without casualty, especially given his unarmed state. He thought to himself, it was indeed fortunate that he had contacted this handsome dude in advance; otherwise, he might have really died tonight.
