Underworld’s invitation

"She's growing up so fast."

Akio was currently watching in the playground area of the castle as Aimi and Myu ran around. He had a faraway look in his eye as he was questioning where the time went.

Aimi was currently just a little over a month old but anyone would think she was at least 3. Her natural intelligence, physical capabilities, and overall abilities were far superior.

Akio was as proud as can be when it came to his child. Seeing her smile also gave him confidence that he would do fine with the next one which was already on its way.

"She's like us." The low emotionless voice rang in Akio's ear. Looking down Akio saw Ophis who was staring at Aimi, while sitting on his lap.

"Well she does possess the concept of infinity, and I'm sure her unawakened bloodline is that of ours," Akio spoke with certainty while keeping his vision on Aimi.

Sitting next to the two Akane spoke, "She's your child, she's going to be a monster when she grows up, in fact, all your children probably will be." Akio felt heat in the last bit of her words, unconsciously a small smile appeared on his lips.

"Did I sense a little expectation in those words?" Akio spoke while sending a teasing gaze at Akane.

Still, Akane kept a straight face while a smile also appeared on her lips, "I wonder."

Fate who was watching all of this while floating above on a cushion wore a face that said she gave up.

'Why am I not surprised, I'm also unable to read the fate of the children after a while. Just how monstrous will this family become.' Fate let out an internal sigh as she turned her attention to Akio.

'Still, being able to laze around why he supports me, that sounds amazing.' Fate found herself drooling at the thought.

She of course was able to see her own future, and she knew after some time she would inevitably fall for him. This was the case for all futures where she met him.

She was perfectly fine with that, in fact, she looked forward to that inevitable future. When she learned this all her plans to seduce him and make him take responsibility disappeared. Instead, she chose to just let things play out.

Unconsciously a small smile appeared on her lips as she continued to look at Akio.

On a rare occasion, Meiru wasn't fawning over Myu. Every once and a while Miledi, Meiru, Belta and Lyu would take some time to hang out in Arcadio. Today was one of those days, and also on these day's Akio would give all the maids a day off. He himself would do the cooking on these days, something his wives very much looked forward to.

This also explained why currently on the right side of Akio a girl with dark blue hair and rabbit ears could be seen receiving headsets from Akio. This of course was Mina Haulia, who when the occasion allowed would ask her master for his affection. He of course never denied her and indulged in the fluffiness.

After a while of watching Aimi and Myu play both came running with happy smiles toward the group.

"Dada, I'm hungry."

"Myu too, nano."

Aimi developing as fast as she was could already eat solid food.

"Well guess I'll start lunch," Akio said while giving the last few seconds of head pats to Mina.

He when he was done stood up while putting Ophis down and stretched.

Ophis with a small pout returned to the adult form she made for herself. It seemed she had gotten jealous of all the girls who flaunted their developed bodies around, so she decided to just change her current look.

She now had long flowing black hair and black eyes. Her facial features became more mature fitting her change. She now stood at 175 cm and had an extremely curvaceous figure, with breasts that could compete with Tio.

The last thing she changed was her outfit which now was a dress that was a mix of black and grey. When Akio first saw her new form he couldn't help but share in admiration something that put a smile on her face.

With his hands now free Akio picked up his two daughters as he made his way to the kitchen with the other girls following along.

Time passed peacefully as Akio finished his training with Fate. He had made a little progress but he was nowhere near Fate's level.

Now Akio was sitting on the couch in the living room with the entire household as they enjoyed watching 'Avengers End Game'.

They had spent a lot of nights as a big family watching the MCU in order and Akio could confidently say they were hooked.

Akio was sitting at one end of the couch as he usually did, during these movies. On his lap sat Yue who had snatched her seat as soon as Akio sat down.

On his left was Shea who was enjoying having her ears played with as she leaned her head on his shoulder.

The last girl who was closest to Akio was Tio who being the pervert she was, asked for a punishment from Akio which led to her being sat on the entire duration of the movie.

This would from time to time cause her to squirm around something that would irritate Akio as he would slap the only part of her body that was visible, her ass that was dangling off the side of the couch.

This course only caused her to squirm more and in turn, would make her receive more slaps on the ass.

By the time the movie was over her butt, which was already visible from her kimono experiencing the effects of gravity, had turned completely red. Such was a normal day in the Izumi household.

The next day proceeded as normal until Akio got alerted of a certain maid entering the premise.

With curiosity, he left Arcadio and preceded to open the door.

"I'm sorry for visiting so unexpectedly Akio-sama." Grayfia bowed with a stoic face.

"Not a problem, would you like to come in?" Akio asked knowing she likely was only here as a messenger.

"Thank you for such generosity, but I am only here on orders from my lord," Grayfia spoke while bowing again.

"Sirzechs Lucifer-sama would like to formally invite you to the underworld for a greeting and feast," Grayfia spoke showing the elegance of a proper maid.

"Oh, so the leader of the underworld want's to invite me for the sole purpose of giving a greeting?" Akio asked with a raised eyebrow.

*Sigh*

"As expected that excuse wouldn't be acceptable." Grayfia mentally berated herself, thinking she should've come up with a better excuse.

"Truthfully, we are worried that you may become allied with heaven, and in turn direct your hostility at us. We would like to prevent that by forming a relationship with you." Grayfia initially wanted to tell only a half-truth but Akio started emitting some of his aura that made her say everything.

"I'm afraid you are already too late I have visited heaven two days ago, though I would like to bring my family to visit your home at least once," Akio spoke.

"Ah, I see. Then shall we set up a date then?" Grayfia sighed in relief that he had at least some interest in the underworld.

Grayfia spent a few extra minutes discussing the details of the visit such as who would be there.

When everything was settled she respectfully took her leave.

Not long after that Akio sensed another presence leave the barrier.

He knew they were listening the entire time to the conversation.

(Tiamat POV)

I initially came here because I felt his presence in this house but before I could try and meet him, a devil I recognized as Grayfia Lucifuge beat me to it.

I hid my presence although knowing it was futile against a literal God of dragons, but I did not want to be found out by the devil maid.

Throughout the talk, I learned that the current Lucifer wanted this man to visit the underworld to try and build a relationship.

By the end of it and when everything was decided the maid left.

I left as well, choosing to use the new event in my favor.

I expected to be stopped by the man I now know has the name Akio Izumi, but it never happened.

Not thinking much I made my way back to my home. My status as a dragon king made it so I held sway in the underworld, and with that, I would get myself into that feast.
