Alaric's home 

Alaric was waiting for his grandfather. All he knew was that their family was waiting for someone's call, and all of them in the family had grown up listening to the stories of the monster that ruled the night, and most of the younger generation in the family saw them as a myth that had been passed down through generations who, in the right mind, would think that monsters were real when they were living in the fucking digital era.But now it has shattered his worldview, and another world of supernaturals has been opened to him, and it seems that he has some vital roles to play there.and everything will be clear to him after he talks with his grandfather.

While he was in his thoughts, suddenly he came back to reality because he felt a little pain in his fingers. He saw that his finger was cut open and that his blood was being collected in a small container. 

"Hey, miss, what are you doing? Why are you taking my blood? You told me that it was not for my blood, and now what are you doing?"

While she was collecting the blood, all of Scarlet was enjoying it like a once-in-a-lifetime movement. She never felt something like this; the smell of the blood was making her mad, and something from her mind was telling her to get more, but at a critical moment, she heard him say something and came back to reality. 

"Sorry, Alaric, do you know that now vampires don't drink human blood directly from humans because it can easily attract humans and it's against the supernatural order? I'll get to you about that topic once we talk with your grandfather. So about blood, we have some human clans that give us blood in our region, and we only ask them for a small amount. Most of the blood was consumed by young vampires, and older vampires drank the blood from their mates, and it made them stronger. We vampires take bonds seriously, and there is an ancient rule that only a true mate can draw blood from their neck, and drinking blood from each other's neck is considered the first ritual and is sacred.And that seals the deal. If a mate dies, he or she will lose control, and if you are a strong vampire like my father, you will find it much easier to control. We feel everything more than humans, so it's really hard to control our emotions. Alaric, do you know there are vampires living in the human realm that are doing different businesses for the vampiric society, and you are like a delicacy for them, and your tracks were blocked by the protection of my father so that we can keep you alive from some of the young ones? There are some vampires in our society that like to hunt humans and drink blood. They have some high standing in the community, and sometimes my father closes his eyes to their wrongdoing. "So your saying that vampires originated from my family and we didn't have any genetic problems?"

While they were talking, they heard a knock from the door, and when Alaric opened it, it was his parents and grandfather at the doorstep. He was only close to his parents and grandfather because most of the family members didn't like him because of his weekness. His grandfather was the head of the family, and his father, Alexander, was next in line for the seat. and three of them loved him with everything.His mother, Angelica, led the most sad life; she only had one child, and he inherited the family illness. This made her heartbroken; she spent most of her time praying for her son. When she saw her son opening the door, she ran to him and gave him a hug. And she was happy because her son was getting a chance to change his fate, and even if she couldn't see him again, she was happy to know that her son was living the fullest of his life. 

"Oh Alaric, my son, I really missed you, dear. Why didn't you call me all this time? It's not good to keep you, mamma, waiting, right?"

"Hey mom, we are not alone here, and I am not a kid anymore."

"Hhu. Honey, look what we have here. There is a beautiful girl in our son's bedroom. I think our son has grown into a man. and he didn't even tell his mom about his girlfriend."

Scarlet took something from her small pouch and grabbed my hand. After a short time, I was standing in a dark place with her.
