ENTRY 6

SATURDAY, MARCH 18

MY ROOM 3:00pm

Hello,

Today is Saturday and it is cleaning day at home which means I’ve got a lot of chores to do. Oh, joy! That was sarcasm by the way.

My chores are:

1. To sweep my room, my parents room, the family lounge and the stairs.

2. Mop my room and basically every place mentioned in number one.

3. Clean my bathroom (it's a weekly chore).

4. Prepare breakfast (well not every Saturday but I help).

5. Wash the dishes (unfortunately this is my everyday life chore for me only).

6. Study (at least five or six books).

7. Watch tv for about three hours.

And in the afternoon...

8. Have lunch (well after preparing lunch).

9. Wash the dishes (unfortunately this is my everyday life chore for me only-again).

Watch TV or play games or go take a nap till 4:30 pm or 5 pm.

10. Go out to ride or chat with neighbours and friends.

Mostly have fun!

Anyways, when we got outside, my brothers were playing with their friend, Oscar who is Michael's namesake (his other name is Michael). My sister was with Silvia and she told me not to come with her.

So I had to talk to mermaid girl aka Sophie (Oscar's sister). Well, she talked my ears out about her so-called entrance exam into a new school and I got sick of listening to her but for niceness sake, I didn’t leave.

The good news is she'll be a boarder ‘cause the school is in another state.

Last Saturday was much more interesting. We had the twins over to our house. So I decided to go with my mum while my siblings stayed at home, getting ready for the twins to come. Well, we got there by 11 am and the twins were bathing. Unfortunately, their dad was around which meant one or two things; He won't go out again-meaning that we can't take the twins to our house.

So there was light and the twins and I were watching Stuck in the Middle while my mum was discussing with their mum. Sometime around 12 pm, we vacated the parlour since their dad wanted to watch football. I took the twins to their room to sleep. Tyler slept first which was good. Then to make Kelly fall asleep, I had to pretend I was sleeping, so she'd copy me like she usually does and it's so cute when she does it and funny too-and sleep too. And she did, along with me too.

I was the first to wake up around 2 pm and I made noodles with fried eggs for myself and the twins.

My mum had left to go somewhere while I was asleep and she said she would be back to pick me up. I watched a bunch of cartoons like; Alvin and the chipmunks-the animated series, Jessie-the Disney series, Elena Of Avalor which I found boring considering it related to Sofia The First-which I love-in a way, Loud House-the Nickelodeon animated series and Teen Titans Go!, with the twins. My mum got back around 4 pm and we had to distract Kelly by telling her to go put on her sandals so we could leave. So I didn't ride today, at all but I'll make sure that I ride tomorrow.

If you’re wondering how my week was, it was not bad.

Sunday evening, I was outside with my brother, Michael and Tony to ride. My sister came outside but went back in later. While riding, the brakes stopped working so I lost control and kinda crashed. Then we practised riding when sitting with your stomach and your legs up. We had to paddle faster and for a while, before we switched to the position with our legs up and stuff.

We also practised jumping on the bicycles' peddles while standing, riding with our legs crossed; putting both legs on one peddle when riding. And the last one, we jumped two steps on the stairs with our bikes. It was so much fun. There was a point when we raced that I couldn't stop and Tony was like, 'Let me hold it for you' and Michael was like, 'Let's hold the bicycle before she crashes'.

So, they had to hold the bike in place before I got off. They helped me a lot mostly Tony cause I almost crashed into him a lot of times when riding. Tony went home first, while Michael and I stayed, riding around and racing for about ten minutes before going home.

Monday, my Math teacher asked about five students from each class in eighth grade, to wait after school and we stayed in one of the classes. We were to solve some questions on his phone just to test us on 'addition & subtraction'. When it started I was praying so much like, over twenty-one times. When it was my turn, I got everything in 41.7 seconds which was good.

Tuesday morning at school, everyone was punished. We were later released at the end of the assembly. Some people were quite innocent like me cause I wasn't even there when they were punished. And I had no idea what they were punished for but for some reason, even those who came afterwards were asked to join in-sigh.

We had the Math stuff again and while waiting for the teacher, I spent my time trying to recreate one of my designs. Hey, I was bored and our Math teacher wasn’t there yet so I thought of designing as usual.

I remember we moved to another class, downstairs on the ground floor and the class teacher of that class taught us. The topic was Variation and it was quite simple. I sat at the back as usual and had no seat partner. I like it like that. We closed around 5:45 pm and I decided to walk halfway home. It was fun cause I was alone with my thoughts.

On Wednesday…wait for it…we had S-P-O-O-O-R-T-S!!! Also, my plans for sports were...

I) Run maybe a relay race.

II) Run with my friends.

III) Run with a lot of people.

IV) And last of all as usual I'll make sure that "I HAVE FUN". That's the theme or plan...y'know fun...yeah.

Anyway, I had a lot of fun during the sports period. Me, Ivy, Jessie, Eni and Emma played catcher and we found out that Ivy could run. Yup, she was the catcher. Then we played tennis, ran around the field, raced, and strolled.

Then-again-we saw something really funny. Some girl in 7th grade was sort of being mocked without her knowledge though. She obviously didn't know that the seniors that were surrounding her were laughing at her. She was dancing and I guess she was cool with her dance moves even though she wasn’t so good at dancing but no one told her that.

Thursday went terribly at school and it was all thanks to Jessie. In home economics class she was distracting me by copying from my note cause she wasn't with her glasses. Then she'd be like "What is this?" and I'll feel like she should stop talking before we got punished.

After writing the note, I took my jotter and wanted to write about five topics I'd read in home ec. and some other stuff. Then Jessie was trying to get the jotter from me and I was struggling to prevent her from taking it. Then-again-our the teacher seized my jotter and she said she wasn't gonna return it. Since then, I haven't said a word to Jessie.

I don't think I'll talk to her again until I get my jotter back even if it's still next term cause that jotter was so so special. I've used it since seventh grade. And I miss it soo much and I don't think I'll ever get it back *wails*. Plus that jotter has some of my DESIGNS in it.

On Friday, we closed by 1:40 pm and I went home an hour later all thanks to my annoying sister and her friends. Unfortunately, I have to wait for all of them before I can go home.

I watched KCA-Kids Choice Awards and took note of all the awards given plus all the new and upcoming movies nominated and shown.

As usual, I went outside to ride with my brothers once it was 5 pm. While we were riding, Tony got back from school and he went into his house, coming right out after about five minutes and joining us to ride.

Later on, I was playing with a tennis ball; just throwing it at the wall and catching it, then repeating the process. Tony and my brother, Michael decided to distract and disturb me. They chased me around the whole estate just because they wanted to take the tennis ball from me.

When I asked what it was going to be used for, they said as a substitute for a football. That's dumb cause how'd you make use of a tennis ball to play football? I mean come on! Like, seriously?

Well, I later gave it to them after they begged me to.

Then I suggested we play catch, with Michael in the middle trying to prevent me or Tony from catching the ball. I wasn't throwing the ball high cause I was afraid it would go outside of the estate and into a gutter or something.

And this happened:

Tony: Nora, throw it mid-air so Michael can't reach it.

Michael: Hey! No fair!

Me: Sorry I can't for specific reasons like let's say the ball going out of the estate.

Tony: Please...

I listened to him and threw the ball higher and it went out of the estate just like I knew it would. So sad cause we couldn't find it. Thanks, Tony.

That’s a wrap on my week, now I’m off to go get a snack!

See ya…..

QUESTIONS OF THE ENRTY (QOTE) Do you do any chores at home? If yes, what are they? Have you ever overreacted to something your friend did?

A/N:

Yeah I know, I know not very mature of me when I was mad at Jessie right? And I actually didn't talk to her for a while. Now that I think about it I was really mean and I regret it.

Jessie's my bestie and I bet if we thought back to this day, we would laugh so hard. I laughed a lot when I read the journal 2017.
