Ch.3 MY PRECIOUS

It's been a week since I've started this journey and I've only been practicing my abilities. And I must say I picked It up quite fast, though It's mostly the memories that help me understand along with the Sage's Eye have been the greatest asset getting acquainted with my power's. When I started practicing telekinesis with my Sage's Eye everything seemed easier. I've also practiced with some of my Fundamental Force Manipulation and I've got to say, It's the greatest thing ever, manipulating gravity on a whim, screwing with physics in general, and disintegrating something or causing a nuclear fusion.

I've almost mastered everything, I just can't go full power without destroying a few continents. Something has been bugging me whilst I've grown accustom to my power, every time I use it or just when I'm thinking to myself, I feel something, almost as if It's calling to Its master.

I'm going to go investigate it today, and also find out what time in the plot it is at the moment. Whilst I don't want to get involved, I would like to know what is coming and when, although I really didn't watch that much of DxD, I know a good chunk of it from fanfics, so while I wont know every detail of what goes on, I will pick up on big events.

As I was walking around town I found someone, not just a random guy, but THE pervert Issei. Whilst it doesn't seem like anything has changed as he just seemed human, with a chain tied to his soul as it was tied with another, his partner I assume, as of now it seems he hasn't been turned into a devil, therefore I have good amount of time on my hands before anything interesting happens.

Now with that out of the way, I can finally find what's been calling to me for the week. As I begin walking I use gravity manipulation to fly as high as I could so no one would see me as I began to fly, It took about 20 minutes before the whispering began talking to me clearly, above a forest I dove down straight through the dirt and rock blocking my path, trying to get to my destination as fast as I can.

As I broke through into a cave lit by the hole I created, in the center a seemingly normal blade in a black sheath, the reason I tried to get here as fast as I could is this blade, my blade. The Blade Of Tathagata, a national treasure that could destroy planets on a whim, it was used to defeat the monkey king and his 12 billion monsters, and that was when The Jade Emperor used a casual swing.

"Why are you here? No more importantly how?" I questioned as if it would answer, the sword made of 48,000 lives, also known as the greatest sword in the world. The sword laid on top of a stone slap, I used my repulsion to blow away the dust gathered atop of it.

The Slab read,

"The Blade Of Tathagata, the strongest blade known to any being, to those that find it, don't lay waste to civilization like those before. Made from the lives of 48,000 beings, along with any other soul absorbed from which it slays, the ever growing blade will live on longer than any other."

That's new, absorbing the soul from which it slays? Meaning it could grow stronger from any being I kill? Oh baby this is the best. Already having the Robes of The Sage, because that's just my attire, now a better blade! This just keeps getting better and better. Know only if I could test this baby, but I might slice a continent in half so not at the moment.

AN: These first few chapters will be slow, building his empire and things like that. There are only a few that could be counted on one hand that could potently put up a fight against the original, but don't worry, I have some things to keep you interested.
