Chapter 30: The new house!

Xolvion had decided to take the house, costing him a whopping 5000 gold coins. Not that it mattered to him anyway with his transmutation ability, Xolvion could simply turn anything he wanted into cash. Something he did try to avoid so as to avoid detection, seeing that the skill was illegal and extremely rare to start with.

Needless to say, the estate agent took the money eagerly, without asking any questions thanks to his charm magic, saving Xolvion the trouble of having to fill out any paperwork.

Soon enough the keys were in his hand and the deal had been accepted with the estate agent granting him the required paperwork giving him ownership of the house and land.

"I can't believe it, this is really our house?" Crystal asked as she and the others walked into the main hall, taking a look around.

"It's a little small, but it will do for now," Zoranna said as she crossed her arms over her chest, causing her cleavage to pop out.

Luna on the other hand had never seen anything like it and was gob smacked, feeling lost for words.

"Feel free to choose your own room, there are ten after all," Xolvion said as he walked in, taking mental notes of everything they would need to make this place a little more to his liking.

The house had been fully furnished when they had come to view it, however, now everything had been taken out and it was left bare, meaning Xolvion would either have to purchase everything to replace it or create it with magic.

Xolvion walked through the halls into the back room and finally out toward the backyard, standing on the patio decking that overlooked the land to the rear of the building, a whole two acres worth.

There were lots of trees thankfully, giving Xolvion an idea of what to do regarding the furniture.

"Ladies," Xolvion said, getting the attention of Zoranna and the others.

"Yes, master?" Zoranna asked, heeding his call.

"Cut down twenty trees and bring them to me will you?" Xolvion asked, getting a strange look from the girls.

"If you wish, master," Zoranna said, getting a side look from Luna who cracked her knuckles before dashing off.

"Oh no you don't!" Zoranna yelled, flying through the air to try and beat her.

Xolvion watched as the two competed to see who could cut more trees down than the other and get them back over to Xolvion.

Zoranna had the upper hand thanks to her increased vampire strength and psychic ability, allowing her to cut through the trees with her bare hand and then use her mind to lift them into the air before tossing them one after the other toward Xolvion.

Luna on the other hand used her razor-sharp claws to cut through the tree trunks like a hot knife through butter before hoisting the trees onto her small back, using her incredible strength to throw them through the air where they stacked up.

Xolvion watched as tree after tree landed in front of him, knowing that they already had more than enough material for what he needed, hoping that they would stop soon on their own.

"I think that's enough..." Xolvion said, watching as the two of them carried on going, clearly not having heard him.

"That's enough you two!" Xolvion yelled, knowing if he didn't stop them now there would be no trees left.

Both of the girls turned around seeing that Xolvion was almost buried in the pile of trees.

"M-Master!" Zoranna yelled, seeing that they had indeed gone a little too far.

Luna also rushed over to him, moving some of the trees she had thrown his way to see if he was alright.

"Anyway..." Xolvion said as he shifted one of the trees, looking at both of the girls who simply grinned back at him.

"Why do you need this many trees, master?" Crystal asked while holding the small goblin in her arms.

"I'm glad you asked Crystal," Xolvion said before holding his arms out and concentrating.

Suddenly the trees started to glow as Xolvion concentrated harder, letting his magic spill out into all of them before he cast the transmutation spell all at once.

All of the trees suddenly glowed brightly and transformed into a variety of different things such as a sofa, chairs, tables, beds, pillows, mirrors, plates, cooking pots and pans. Pretty much everything he thought that the house would need for them to make it more comfortable.

"Wow!" Crystal and the others said, watching in awe at his amazing transmutation magic, making it look effortless.

"So many things..." Luna said, taking in the sight of everything, noticing ornaments and artwork, seeing the detail and quality of it, being amazed that he was able to produce such things.

Truth be told, Xolvion had copied a lot of things from what he remembered in his family home while growing up, along with a few other things of his own choosing.

"Not too shabby." He said, taking a look at his handy work.

"Amazing master!" Zoranna said, recognizing just how truly magnificent of an ability he possessed.

Zoranna wrapped herself around his neck, wanting so badly to bite into it to suck on his delicious blood.

"Hey no fair, take your hands off of master!" Luna yelled.

"Since I did all of the hard work, I will let the rest of you decorate the house, how does that sound?" Xolvion said, getting a surprised reaction from all of them.

"Really master?" Luna asked.

"Do as you see fit. This is all our home now." Xolvion said with a smile.

The girls all cried out with joy as they all rushed off around the mansion to choose which rooms they wanted and decorate as they saw fit.

"I guess that solves that problem," Xolvion said, watching as they all rushed off.

Xolvion smiled and decided to take a walk around the house and grounds, exploring everything while he made mental notes of what he would do with each room.

Soon enough Xolvion came to the main bathroom in the house, seeing that it was a very large room with a simple design.

"Is that it?" Xolvion said out loud, finding the design to his disliking.

"This place could do with remodelling too," Xolvion said, trying to think of what he wanted before placing his hand on the wall.

"Transmutation, remodelling bathroom edition!" He said, casting the spell and watching as the magic enveloped the whole room and moulding it into the vision he had in his mind.

The room transformed into a large bright open bathhouse, lined with solid marble slabs and pillars. The huge open bath was in the centre with four lion heads on each corner that started to spew hot water out not a moment later, filling up the bath and creating a nice hot steam in the room.

"Much better," Xolvion said, thinking that this bathhouse was more suited to his tastes.

Xolvion couldn't resist the temptation of a nice relaxing bath after using so much magic for the day already. So, he decided to strip naked and take a dip, walking down the steps that led into the bath, almost like a swimming pool before he waded into the middle with the water coming to around his belly button in height.

"Perfect," Xolvion said as he took a seat on the edge, extending his arms and leaning his head back on the backrest, sinking into the water and letting its warmth heal him.

It didn't take long for the others to show up looking for him, watching in marvel at the amazing bathhouse, with Luna having never seen anything like it.

"Oh, hello girls, don't be shy the water is just right." He said, not even bothering to look at them while he relaxed.

"Amazing master... Did you do this too?" Luna asked, looking at the detail in the carvings of the lion's heads.

"It certainly is exquisite," Zoranna said, not wasting any time in stripping off her clothing and allowing her breasts to hang free.

"Z-Zoranna!" Crystal said, watching as she dived into the water, quickly taking her spot next to Xolvion as she pressed her large breasts against his arm.

"No fair," Luna said, not wanting to be beaten by her again.

Xolvion smiled at the both of their friendly competition before he looked at Crystal, seeing that she was still standing there.

"What's wrong Crystal, not want to join us?" He asked, seeing that she looked a little nervous.

"There is plenty of room for all of you," Xolvion said as he reached both hands around and grabbed one of Zoranna's and one of Luna's tits, causing them to moan a little.
