Eloy was released from the hospital the day after tomorrow, and Felix finally resisted the rush of work and returned to the office for a meeting the next afternoon.
She felt that she was finally back to her free life, especially since she would soon be leaving the hospital where many people could come and go, but which would eventually disturb her, and she felt even happier.
But just as she was so happy that she had sent for a pair of scissors for flower arrangement and was tossing those bedside bouquets on the carpet, Estelle, the only female assistant beside Felix, knocked on the door of her ward.
"Miss, there are some gifts here."
Eloy sniffed and glanced up casually, saw a large bouquet of pretty pink tulips and a box of gifts, and lowered her head again.
"Is it from Felix? Just put it there. But didn't I tell him not to send anything else until we get back? How troublesome to have to carry it back then."
