14. A Blush

Terra could only think about the humiliation she had to go through as she went back Dradclaw, the territory of the wolf beastmen.

She hated that boy and wished he would die. But she had to wait, the must only die after she has given birth to a new hair for the king and became his queen otherwise his death would only cause her misfortune as only she and the king knows where he is hidden now.

She must become queen, she must use this time to sudduse the king and be with child before the boy returns or there will be no next time. With determination in her eyes she walked towards the king's abode.

Alpha raven stood by the door and watched as the beastman pup arranged his things into wardrobe and alter the room to fit his taste which was mostly removing things he found unnecessary to keep.

The boy had deep blush on his face as he tried not to look at him.

'How can he be so shy?'

"You were quit tough when you told that woman off. Am impressed. I thought for a moment that she would attack me when I couldn't help laughing at the look on her face." Raven said, trying to get a conversation going between them.

The boy turned to him with a confused yet amused look on his face.

" I don't think she is stupid enough to actually attack you. " he said and went back to unpacking.

He alpha raised a brow as the boy's words.

"And why is that if I may ask?" he said as he found a place to sit in the baige colored and now simple looking room.

"I presume you are aware that females of the beastmen are also capable of shifting but do not, because they usually do not need to for any reason." he said, giving the werewolf alpha his full attention.

"Female beastmen don't shift only because they need not to but also because they can only shift in a half-beast form. Terra is not a strong female beastman and can not win a fight against you using brute strength. She is also not a warrioress trained for battle like my mother. "

There was pride in his tone at the mention of his mother then sadness.

" My mother was one of the few trained female warrioresses of the wolf beastmen and that woman always envied her. My mother's friend in arms told me so. "

" Terra loves her face." he said as he sat down on his new bed. "She would not fight you before me knowing she will lose. She doesn't like others to know she is weak since she wants my mother's place."

Alpha raven looked at the child who face had now become grim. He sometimes felt older than he seemed.

'Does his father know this woman's schemes? Anyways, time to change the subject now that he has let his guard down. Hehe'

Alpha raven looked at the boy with a grin on his face and asked.

"so what exactly did you do to Killian?"

The boy froze at the question and looked away from him with his face redding fast.

'Well this is very interesting.'
