21. I will go

---- At Natalia's Home ----

It was late at night and Natalia haven't returned home yet, she was out since morning. Neither is she contacted by herself nor is she picking up Agnes's calls. Agnes was being anxious about her not returning home ever.

"Oh, Moon Goddess! Where is this child? When is she coming?", she said praying to the Moon Goddess.

"She will surely bring wrinkles on my flawless skin.", Agnes said touching her face.

"What if she misunderstands that I want to get rid of her, and that's why asking her to return? I don't think she is going to leave just because of that."

"Hey! Moon Goddess! I am not intending such a thing how could I explain to her that this is God's will."

Suddenly, she heard a door opening sound. She ran towards the door and stood there.

She wanted to yell over her.

She saw a figure staggering figure entering, it was Natalia. She was barely dragging her feet to walk.

Agnes's heart sank as she saw her. She ran toward Natalia and held her falling body.

"What happened with you?", Agnes asked her out of concern.

Natalia's mouth was stinking of alcohol.

"You drank alcohol.", "You stupid kid, why did you drink so much, that you can't even stand on your own feet.", Agnes closed the door and lifted her body in the air with magic, she took her to the drawing room and lay her on the sofa, while scolding her.

"I am not drunk.", Natalia said in a low voice but enough for Agnes to hear.

"You didn't drink then what's with this stinking scent and your state.", Agnes said roaring at her.

"I just had a few drinks, see I am completely conscious."

"Then why are you in this condition?", Agnes asked her worriedly checking her body temperature.

"I got bumped into a lady when I was out, and she was wearing some silver accessory maybe my skin touched silver. I am like this after that, I barely managed to come here.", Natalia explained the reason behind her condition.

"What! silver! Is it hurting somewhere? How are you feeling?"

"I am just feeling a bit nauseous, but I can't feel my leg at all."

"Why didn't you call me? you didn't even pick up my call.", Agones extended her hand and suddenly some herbs in a mortar appeared in her hands.

"I left my phone in my room this morning."

Agnes grinds the herbs and then makes Natalia drink a few drops from the herbs.

"It will take some time for you to recover.", Agnes said with her eyes getting teary.

Natalia smiled at her.

"By the way, I heard you saying something like it's God's will. What's God's will that you have to explain? I didn't hear everything I think my hearing ability is affected too. But isn't that from my wolf's side, why is it affected with silver?", Natalia asked her as she heard her talking to herself from behind the door.

"Silver affected your body's vitals, not your powers only. That's why your whole body is affected it will be the same with wolfsbane too. But you do not need to test that out." Agnes explained with calmness but angrily said the last sentence. Agnes intentionally skipped talking about God's will.

"I know. I know. But what about God's will?", Natalia again dragged the same question.

"It's nothing. I was just thinking about the things that happened recently."

Natalia became silent for a few seconds. She has decided on what she has to do but the words are not forming in her head to say what he wants.

"I have decided what I have to do.", Natalia tried to say.

Agnes looked at her with hopeless eyes, she knew that she would deny going there. After all, who would like to back to a place which is only full of terrible memories.

"It's fine if you don't have to. I won't force you after all it's your choice. Wherever you go you do have a place to return and that's your home.", Agnes said slightly caressing her head.

"No. No. It's not that. I have decided that I will go there."

"I said that's fin...", Agnes stopped mid-sentence and looked at her face then she realized what she just said.

"What! Do you really want to go?", she said jumping with joy.

"Yeah..."

"It's not because you feel pressured. Right?", Agnes asked her.

"No, it's not like that. I just want to go there once in this life, it's not like I want to leave you.", Natalia explained to her.

"That's great. I will contact that man now. No, it's late I will contact him tomorrow. Ah! I am so happy. Yay!", Agnes hugged her squealing in happiness.

"I will transfer you to your room just sleep peacefully, you do not have to worry about anything. You will feel better by the time you wake up."

"No, I think I will walk, just give me a shoulder.", Natalia said standing up from the sofa.

"As you wish.", Agnes said holding her hand and helping her to stand up.

After that Agnes helped her to her room and then to her bed.

"I'll leave you here."

"Hmm."

"Should I bring some food for you?"

"No, I had some meat out and if feel hungry I will just take some blood.", Natalia said reassuring her.

Saying that Agnes left her room closing the door. Natalia took a sigh of relief.

"I have to pay a funeral for my father. I hope I am doing right by going there.", Natalia said to herself.

She kept thinking about his father and remembered what that old man said the previous day.

"To return where I belong.", Natalia repeated the words the old man said.

"I don't know whether I belong there or not."

Thinking about all these things she felt her eyelids getting heavy and then she drifted to her sleep. She slept soundly with the effect of the medicine.
