IT HAS BEEN hours since Ambrose Chase slash Mushroom Potato slash Crown Prince Evren left White Rose Palace, yet Lazuli Savelli slash Prince Kyanite was still pretty shaken up. She had just met the very root of everything!
“Zeeno,” called Prince Kyanite.
The most loyal subordinate immediately appeared in front of him and bowed his head. “This might sound strange, but I’d like to ask you something.”
“Any question Your Highness asks is my pleasure to answer.”
“What does it mean when someone tells you ‘You’re the key’?”
Zeeno was surprised to hear such a question coming from his prince. He blinked a few times before clearing his throat and supplying an answer. He believed that being a key to something means you are important to the person who said the words. Prince Kyanite slowly nodded as he agreed to his subordinate’s statement.
