Chapter 12: Im not afraid to fall

Long seconds she was standing in front of Han Shou, gazing intensely. After sometime, she finally waken up from her wandering mind while staring to him. She directly put an act by her anxious face matching her frowning brows.

"Aiyaaa, Im a little bit fine." Ai Jing simply replied and smirked cutely.

"Come in, come in. " She grabbed Han Shou' s shirt going inside to her house.

"You sure? " He asked while walking down to the couch.

"Uhm." Ai Jing replied. When she' s about to untighten her hand from holding Han Shou' s shirt, he accidentally slipped her right feet that made her to held Han Shou' s soft hands.

Her world once again went slow motion. She was holding his hands and he was supporting her waist in order to avoid being fallen. A minutes later, she stood up nicely and looked backward.

"Next time you shouldn't wear heels inside your house. You might fall on the ground. " He said calmly but sounds scolding her.

" Im not afraid to fall, if you're the one who catches." She spoke as if the man she is with isn't a famous celebrity. She tried to hide her giddiness whenever she saw Han Shou but her lips were not cooperating. Moreover, her heart is trembling inside like a dancing queen.

Her little joke caught Han Shou' s ears. He smirked to her and sat on the sofa. Han Shou went speechless and didn't speak anything. However, Ai Jing remembered that she hasn't asked him why he came.

" Eh, Han Shou! " She said calmly enough for him to hear what she spoke. But Han Shou didn't replied anything. He was just busy scrolling his phone while sitting on the couch. Ai Jing once again called him.

" Shou-Shou, listen!" She spoke loudly which irritated Han Shou.

" What?" He furiously replied.

Even Han Shou spoke harshly to her, she always find his frown face and mad voice very cute. His tantalizing eyelashes made impression in every blink and his lips were impulsive whenever it speaks.

'Interesting! He' s the cutest man in that frown face.'

' Buddha, why am I so inlove like this? '

' And this is my last chance to make him fall inlove.'

Everytime she' s happy, Ai Jing felt guilty. She still can't contact Nana Daisy. The reason of her happiness is the also the reason why the relationship between her and Nana Daisy worsen.

But they always say love is about risking something. And Ai Jing think that she already risked. On the other hand, she believes that one day Nana Daisy will forgive her. She misses her Nana so much. And him.

"Ah, nothing. I just miss you." She spoke bravely. But true self inside was startled from humiliation of such a word she spits.

' Oppss! Am i too flirty?'

Han Shou once again shocked and speechless. He must be curious of what Ai Jing eaten or drank that made her mouth, so honest.

" I missed you too." Han Shou replied and kowtowed. He immediately turned his head rightward to avoid the eye contact from Ai Jing.

' Budhha! Am I dreaming? '

' He miss me too? Is it true? Am I alive? ' she said to herself.

Her love muscle was now tremblimg double and the little butterflies on her stomach keeps on attacking her.

She was now the most gorgeous woman in the world. I Jing repeatedly told herself and she was also the luckiest woman. She admitted everything but not being Han Shou' s girlfriend.

" By the way, Im sorry from the last time. I was just —" Han Shou said but Ai Jing immediately spoke.

" Its okay, how come a famous celebrity is apologizing." She said and smiled to him genuinely.

" Eh, Actually I have something to ask on you. " She added.

Eversince she was been curious of everything that' s happening the both of them. If their meet ups were accident or by fate. Ai Jing was addled from the start and then now. She don't want to put her love muscle in pain and unseen feelings.

"Cut the chase." Han Shou replied to her sarcastically.

" We have met 2 years ago, how did you find me the night I am in the restaurant and how did you know my name? " She said in slow embrassed tone.

" I am just curious, so tell me the truth. " She added in a low voice tone.

She was keenly asking Han Shou but seems he won't respond so she muttered to herself that everything is only a joke. Once again, she felt that her heatt was beating so fast.

' Why I am so nervous like this? No, Ai Jing.'

' Keep calm.' She said to herself.

However, Han Shou sitting at the couch suddenly stood up and walked towards her. His eyes was staring to her fondly and his steps where getting larger that made Ai Jing step backward.

'What' s going on? '

She was stepping backward while Han Shou stepping forward. They were staring each other like strangers. Both of their blue eyes connecting, expressing their affection to each other.

Ai Jing and Han Shou was like in the disney couple, so perfect that no one could ever compare from being capable for each other. Both of them had an attractive face, wealth and talents.

Meanwhile, Han Shou spoke keenly staring to Ai Jing. " Two years ago when you still unconscious, I tried to gather information about you. Because the hospital need it and I haven't known you that time."

The both of them were standing below the stairs oustide Ai Jing' s room.

" And why you didn't even wait for me to wake up? You—" She wasn't able to finish her statement when Han Shou suddenly speak.

" I waited you. I slept beside you. But my manager called me that time, I have an urgent meeting. Sorry." He spoke pity​ing​ly and kowtowed.

Ai Jing was a bit puzzled. The doctor told him once that Han Shou only accompany her for hospitalization and didn't stayed. But what always matters is the truth. She wanted to get mad but she realized that Han Shou has been good to her eversince and she' ll be forever grateful that for twice Han Shou was there in times she had nothing.

" Like what I said earlier, you don't need to apologize. I was thankful for everything you have done. No one has been so good to me but only you. " Ai Jing went dramatic. She realize how bad she was for pretending that she' s not okay, and she had no ideas how a man helped her before. She decided to stop the act and be just simply a woman with a heart as she is. She believe that, once someone helped you when you' re in trouble you must do the same thing for him. Her tiny tears slowly drops and her heart was trembling so fast. She touched and rubbed her chest to feel easiness to breath.

Han Shou' s heart suddenly melted that made him to hug Ai Jing tightly. His right hand was caressing her hair to make her feel better. Ai Jing was overjoyed, she knows that it' s their first time hugging except at the motor ride.

' Is he comforting for real? ' She murmured.

They were hugging until Ai Jing felt a normal breathing and until her tears dries. She went too emotional from all the worries and assumes that she created. And it was also a tears of joy that she finally had the chance to spend time with the man she dearly love.

Sorry sorry readers! Seems like Ai Jing is over acting after the " to make a man fall moves." HAHHAA just call me a crazy author. I don't have a stable emotions that made Ai Jing admire me, lmao😄

However, finally the truth were slowly revealed. From the previous chapters, I didn't wrote that Han Shou knew her already because he investigated. You guys think that he' s falling inlove to a stranger girl but not. When we have crush for someone, ofcourse we need to know him/her better through data gathering. So that' s what Han Shou did despite of Ai Jing' s private life.
