Prologue

I was sitting at the table while staring out a window waiting for my friend, David to arrive when he did I asked, "did you do it?" He answered sounding exhausted "yes he won't be able to find them now." He turned around to look out the window, still weary from the travel, as he turned around to look out into the dark forest in front of us I noticed a few scars and scratches that weren't there before and only just realized that hi clothes were torn to shreds I decided not to ask, although I already knew why they were there I still denied it because it would bring back terrifying memories, and little did I want to believe i was right.

I knew I was right the moment a loud boom came from outside the house "what was that?" I asked still denying the possibility and ran outside like a fool to see what it was and what i saw was a giant hole in the ground and trees just disintegrated. "What the hell?" I asked myself, then out of the flaming trees and falling leaves something flies past me and ends up behind me, as I go to turn around to see what it was I knew at that moment I was right, when a cold chill that was as cold as the night wind or winter rain filled my spine, and I saw what, or to be more accurate, who it was. It was a black figure with white glowing eyes and someone I thought was sealed.

I was filled with fear "impossible, how did you escape." "Hello, Henry long time no see," he said sounding as evil as ever he was darker than a shadow, and like I said his eyes were so white they were practically glowing, his hair looks as if someone tried to make him a Dragon Ball Z character he had claws like a beast wore a hoodie to hide his ugly face and floated with smoke where his feet should be, but overall when I saw him I understood the scars on David's back.

"What do you want?" David asked trying to intimidate him. "Don't be so naive, you know what I want, the stones, where are they?" He snarled. "They're gone you won't find them." David answered looking scared. I looked at David with fear and asked "whats going on? how did he escape? what did you do?" The polencher looked at me and grinned evilly and said "he was a massive help and as for how I escaped just know that I did it to exact my revenge on you" then he rushed at us with blinding speed and made us appear somewhere else.

"Why are we here" David asked as soon as we realized where we were, we were in a house that has a fine blue paint on the inside and a few animal heads resting on the walls. "Did you think I'm that stupid I know you know where the stones are so tell me or I'll blow your house to smithereens and everyone in it including your wife wil die by the way she doesn't even know we're here because I'm using a barrier to hide our presence." "I told you they're gone you won't find them and I WILL I NEVER TELL YOU,"

"Very well, DIE!" Afterwards a blue fireball formed in his hand and when it did he launched it, luckily I made it outside in time, but when I turned around Iwas shocked to see that David was still standing there, before I had a chance to say anything the house was blown to smithereens.

After the temperature went down I went back to see if the polencher was still inside, which he wasn't then I looked at David and kneeled next to him and heard him speak softly "Henry," "I'm here my friend," "take this map and give it to my children make sure the polencher doesn't find them or the stones please train them." "I can heal you," I tried to convince while holding back my tears"no, I have to tell them something I'll pass on peacefully afterwards so please go my children will be here soon hide somewhere."

So I went, not being able to hold back my tears I told myself, "rest easy my friend I will honor your dying breath even if it costs me my life."
