Tricia is missing 2

"Mom what happened to Tricia?, is she sick again?"

the door to the dining room opens again and a maid walks inside.

" Ma'am, miss Tricia is not in her room but, we 've found her cellphone on the bird."

" wha_ t, what did you say? "

Xanier turns to the maid who stood behind him with her head bow.

"Mom, what happened?"

Xavier looks at his mother seeking an answer.

Madam Eline looks confusedly at him.

suddenly, the maid who was serving the dishes out and had retired behind her stepped forward and spoke.

"Ma'am_, last night_ !"

she glances at the confused Xavier who was staring at her inquisitively and is slightly shaken then looks down at the floor wrinking her hands together.

" What happened last night?"

Xavier steps forward and ask impatiently.

The maid whose name was Rease glances up at madam Eline for permission and continues.

"last night, Elise had fallen the glass jug in her our room on the floor and had sustained some injuries on her hand. Accompanying her to the medicine room,we heard some voices and before we could head to the direction of the voices, the lights had gone off_,"

" the lights went off last night and we weren't aware? "

Xanier interrupts and Xavier glares at him causing him to shut up the urges the maid to continue.

"Bu_t, we were scared when we heard the foot steps approaching and had to run back to our rooms.

"What did you say?"

Xanier stares at the maid incredulously.

"You mean you heard foot steps and you ran back to your rooms without alerting any one?"

"but, but_, the master instructed to never be inquisitive when we heard movement at night, and to return to our rooms."

The maid stammers and shrinks backwards.

Xanier glances up at their mother who was sited straight and pale on her seat.He rushes over to her and holds her.

"Mom_, what's wrong? ", "do you know what happened to Tricia?."

Eline stares at him for a while and mutters.

" Call your dad and brother to return, The witches, they've taken Tricia!."
