The Gods Of Alkebulan

Long ago, the land of Alkebulan was ruled by the mighty Gods. Mortals lived at the mercy of these divine beings, who decided their fate and wielded the power of the elements. When angered, the Gods would shake the heavens and earth with their mighty power, leaving mortals trembling in fear. But then came the discovery of the Supreme Power of Jok - a force that allowed mortals to harness the power of the Gods and connect with their own Ori, or inner spirit. With this newfound power, humans began to thrive and rise to levels of strength and ability that rivaled even the Gods themselves. They took control of their own fate, harnessing the spark of destiny embedded within their very essence. But such power was not for everyone. Only the truly talented and skilled could go against the natural order of the heavens and claim their own fate. It was a rare gift, but for those who possessed it, the possibilities were endless. **Disclaimer:** The concepts, names, and themes presented in this book, are entirely fictional and created for entertainment purposes. [4:00 AM, 2 January 3100]

As the fading moon cast an eerie glow over Alkebulan Spirit Academy's sprawling buildings, a series of cryptic symbols materialized in the night sky, foretelling an impending betrayal.

In a large office overlooking the ominous scene, several figures stood frozen in shock and alarm.

"Why have the Symbols of Protection activated?" A man with fiery red hair, exuding an aura of authority, demanded with a deep, commanding voice.

"It must be those lunatics from Heavens Order, Dean Omari," a short, stout man with a bald head hurriedly interjected, his voice laced with worry.

"Why do you say that, Professor Thadeus?" Dean Omari raised an eyebrow, his expression unreadable.

"We accepted that Cursed Prince, and worse, you took him in as—"

"Grade SSS threat existence incoming. ETA 2 hours. Please activate full system security." An emotionless voice echoed through the room, cutting off Professor Thadeus's sentence.

Dean Omari's red hair seemed to glow even brighter in the dimly lit office as he clenched his fists, the gravity of the situation sinking in.

"Hmm, SSS-grade threat? This is no ordinary intrusion. Prepare for the worst and notify all Earth Realm Jorin Masters and above. We need everyone ready for whatever comes our way," he ordered, his voice cutting through the tension like a knife.

The stout man with bald hair, Professor Kofi, rushed out of the office and towards the Admin Halls communication room. Since it was so early, there were few people out and about.

"Alerting all Earth Realm and above Masters. Unknown SSS-grade threat level. Immediate readiness required," he relayed with a sense of urgency.

Back in the office, now occupied by only three people, the tall and curvy figure of Professor Elara spoke up.

"Dean Omari and Professor Freya, the Symbols of Protection were created to ward off ancient and powerful entities. If they've been triggered, we're dealing with a force beyond our usual encounters."

Dean Omari nodded grimly, his gaze fixed on the ominous symbols in the night sky.

"We can't afford to underestimate our foe. Activate the full security protocols. I want the academy on lockdown until further notice. I will make sure this threat understands why we dared name our Academy Alkebulan. Let's go!"

"Yes, sir!" Both the Dean and Professor Elara disappeared from the room in a flash.

Professor Freya smiled eerily and vanished as well.

Meanwhile, outside the office, the campus of Alkebulan Spirit Academy underwent a dramatic transformation. Magical barriers shimmered into existence, encasing the buildings in a protective aura.

Professors and students who were not in the Mortal Realm emerged from the Main Building, armed to the teeth, their auras surging with readiness.

They stood with their heads held high, their gazes fixed on the clear sky, which now seemed menacingly different.

"Damn it, what kind of bastard decides to attack so early!" A dark-haired female student with bright eyes, carrying a saber, complained.

"Fufufu, This formation is not supposed to activate unless it's a very powerful entity that seeks to attack us. So just prepare yourselves," Professor Freya smiled, but this time, her smile was warm and reassuring.

The other students started talking animatedly, their voices echoing across the campus. The professors exchanged helpless glances, knowing that this was no ordinary situation.

"Just let them calm their nerves. This is going to be a battle of life and death," one professor whispered to another.

A large group consisting of men and women clad in Mystech Armor emerged from the main building and spread across the campus.

Their weapons were drawn, and their auras radiated an aura of blood and death. Their expressions were cold and determined as they looked up at the sky, awaiting their unknown enemy.

"Is that the Law Enforcers? So cool! When can I get armor like that!?" A student with wide, excited eyes exclaimed.

"I heard that each of them has killed thousands and has no fear!"

"I heard..."

The students' chatter filled the air as they watched the legendary Law Enforcers take their positions. Their presence brought a sense of calm amidst the chaos, a reminder of the academy's strength and resilience.

the first rays of dawn pierced the darkness, casting a golden glow over the horizon, a figure emerged from the depths of the cosmos, its silhouette casting an ominous shadow over Alkebulan Spirit Academy.

Dean Omari, his fiery red hair ablaze against the backdrop of the rising sun, stood at the forefront of the academy's defenses, his gaze fixed upon the approaching figure.

His aura crackled with power, a testament to his unwavering determination to protect his students and the academy he held dear.

"5 minutes left. That disciple of mine better stay away from this. Professor Elara should have already reached his dorm." Dean Omari looked into the void.

His eyes narrowed when a figure slowly approached from afar. It walked in the sky as if stepping on hard ground.

Five minutes later, the imposing figure of the entity finally reached the academy's airspace. His eyes glowed with an eerie red light, and his ebony horns seemed to pierce the very fabric of reality.

The symbols shimmered even brighter, their light pulsating in rhythm with Valkor's demonic energy.

A collective gasp echoed through the academy as the students and staff caught sight of the monstrous entity. Some of them cried out in fear, while others stood frozen in disbelief.

The Law Enforcers, however, remained calm and focused, their eyes glinting with determination.

"Oh yes, dear little Omari. I, Valkor, grace you with my presence," Valkor boomed, his voice echoing through the air like thunder.

Dean Omari stepped forward, his fiery red hair blazing like a beacon in the darkness. "Valkor, the Hells Order's chief demon," he snarled, his voice filled with disdain. "You dare defile the sanctity of Alkebulan Spirit Academy?"

Valkor chuckled, a sound that sent shivers down the spines of those who heard it. "The academy is mine now, little Dean. And you, and your pathetic students, are nothing more than insects to be crushed beneath my feet," he declared arrogantly.

Dean Omari's eyes narrowed. "You underestimate us, Valkor. The spirit of Alkebulan is strong, and we will not bow down to your tyranny."

With a roar of rage, Valkor charged towards the academy, his form tearing through the void like a sharp sword. The symbols shone golden as they spun reacting to Valkor's menacing intent.

The barrier and Valkors fist that held unimaginable power and shone with demonic light met with a BOOOOOOM !

The light light surrounding the barrier dimmed down and a crack appeared.

"Hmm !? How is that possible!? How can his fist drain so much of the barriers power!?" Dean Omari exclaimed in shock

"Hmph, you expect a mere barrier to stop me!? Watch this !" Valkors demonic and dark voice chilled everyone as he brought his hands together.

"Abyssal Rift !"

Riiippppp

The barrier tore apart like paper revealing a dark void that leaked dark energy that spread into the academy.

The students released their Astral Energy to protect themselves and those around them. The professors looked inside with grim looks as if sensing something.

"Incoming Lessor Demons, don't hold back, attack with everything you have. Is that clear !" Professor Thaddeus drew a huge hammer from somewhere, that didn't match his height at all. His expression resolute as he stared at the rift.

"Crystal !" Everyone said in unision.
