Memories of anew erase the old

(Author note: "*" means language that the main character isn't able to understand.)

I found myself in a dark void devoid of any light. When I tried to move around to get a better sense of where I was, I couldn't; it was as if thousands of rocks were pressing against me and weighing me down.

When I saw a bright white light appear in front of me, my body began to move as if nothing was weighing me down. I took this chance as if its the only one I had, sprinting towards the bright light with everything I had.

As a bright white light flashed into my eyes, my vision blurred. That's when I heard muffled voices becoming clearer and clearer as my eyes tried to adjust.

*"Congratulations Sir and Madam. He's a healthy baby boy."*

I heard cheering from all directions, and it seemed to be cheering of happiness, though I wasn't sure why they were cheering as I couldn't understand a word they were saying.

When I tried to say something, the only sound that came out seemed to be a cry.

*"Does this little fella want his mommy already?"*

As I slowly and painfully open my eyes, I was flashed with different colors and figures. It took quite a bit of time for my eyes to get adjusted to the new light. Once my eyes had adjusted to the light around me, I began to survey the area.

I noticed that I was in a fairly large room surrounded by many people, both young and old. The maid in front of me (or so it seemed), had an old yet dignified face and grey hair on her head. I swear that those eyes hers looks like it belongs to a demon.

Suddenly, the maid handed me to someone. When I looked to see who it was, I saw a woman who appeared to be exhausted as you can see she was covered in a bucket of sweat. Truth be told, I didn't feel like being held by a sweaty person, but the gentle feeling I'm getting from her pushed away those thoughts.

When I looked at her, I noticed that her hair is as pink as a sakura tree, and her eyes are as white as snow. I couldn't help but notice the single strand of white hair dangling from her head, as well as the way she tied some of her hair back into a bun while the rest is tied at the bottom with two small hair strands hanging in the middle and two medium ones resting on her shoulders. To me, she felt like both a warrior and the sun.

*"What should we name him Adam?"*

Her gaze was drawn to a tall pale-skinned man who appeared to be a giant, but this was probably due to my small stature which made him appear to be a giant. With slick black hair that has a single streak of white hair swept into the back, empty black eyes and a notably grim looking face you could already tell he is a lady man. When I get older, I hope I look as sexy as him, no homo.

*"Hmm... How about Solomon. Means Conqueror of Peace, a perfect name for our first born child."* (Author note: In their world, the name Solomon doesn't mean Man of Peace like our, but Conqueror of Peace.)

*"Why name him "Conqueror of Peace"?"*

*"Because he is to conquer all his other siblings!"*

Though I couldn't understand the conversation they were having, I could tell it was a happy one because what I believe to be my mother is laughing her heart out with a giant smile on her face, despite the fact that she appears to be about to collapse at any moment.

The following couple of weeks after being born into this world, I discovered a few things.

The first thing I discovered was that I had little to no control over my motor control over my limbs, aside from the ability to wave them around, and that I get tired quickly. Forgot motor control, I can't even use the bathroom with my control, I can tell when it's coming but have no control on stopping it, it just comes out... Ha.

The second thing I learned is that I'm pretty high up in the village's hierarchy; if I had to describe it, it would look something like this.

{Village Chief - Head of the village and have final say in all matters.

Village Nextman - Next in line to be the village chief if something ever happened to them.

Village Ketnon - watches over the people in the village to make sure no dispuse happens, and see if anything needs fixing.

Village People - Those who lives in the village. }

For me, I am a village nextman, so I'm second in line to become the next village chief, if my father becomes one.

The third thing I discovered is that I have photographic memory, which means that when I look at something, I can remember every single detail about it.

The fourth thing is that I have knowledge that does not appear to be from this world, primarily knowledge of people and their accomplishments, feasts, and how they came to accomplish those feasts, such as uniting a nation, but what I learn from the children's book is that those people and nations that I know do not exist, but for some reason I feel as though they do, even though I have no hard proof that they do.

The weirdest thing about this is that I'm unable to remember specific people, as if some of my memories have been stolen from me, I gave up on figuring it out a long time ago.

Also, I have discovered I have an inhuman amount of fascination with history, especially when it involves kings and queens.

One day when I was finally able to walk, I looked out my window because I was bored of seeing only the ceiling and boobs. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy seeing them, but you see enough of them and you get bored.

As I peered through the window, I noticed my father drawing a strange symbol in the air that looked like wind in the shape of an axe, and when he was finished, It glowed green before fading away. I thought I was hallucinating at first, but when I saw my father break a tree in half with his bare hand, that's when I realized I wasn't.

'Could this be genuine magic!' Though I'm not sure why, my body lit up like a Christmas tree, as if I had just witnessed the greatest thing in the world.
