Taking over the Top Ten

"Don't worry about me, I'm completely fine," Yuki said as she wiped the sweat that was forming on her forehead. She just completed level Spirit Warrior and now she was in Spirit Lord level, she is now feeling the pressure of this Test, but the only reason for that was because she was still not choosing to go all out. She also doesn't have any plans to do so right now since she is sure that what she just did was something that Nightingale has never seen before, but to make sure that her goal has been reached, she still decides to ask Damian what is the highest level has someone reached in their first try.

"Instructor Damian, could you tell me what is the highest level someone has ever reached on their first ever try?" Yuki asked as she began to catch her breath and relax her body so that she could take a full rest for the next trial.

"I actually don't remember, but you can take a look at the machine since it records everyone. Of course, you will not see anyone, you will just see the top ten since for all of us, the Top Ten is all that matters." Damian explained and Yuki just nodded her head before going to the machine to look at the Ranking

"How long does this go far back? I'm assuming since the very first day that this Machine was first commercialized, right? So how many years is it?" When Yuki was about to look at the Rankins, she stopped to ask Damian another question that was on her mind.

Naturally, she was curious about this because she knew what kind of talent the Ancient Civilization of Vampires, Skadi was among them. It doesn't even need a genius to know that she was not some kind of peerless talent that can only be born in one in a trillion. Because from what she read, in Skadi's time, she was the most powerful and recognized Vampire. She even bet that even if she was not from the Royal Family, if she had that kind of Talent, it wouldn't take a long time before she took over Nightingale.

So of course she was curious about it since this Machine might be even older than Skadi, since she knows that Nightingale is only about half of the age of the rest of the Heavens. With that, Momozano had a lot of time to take knowledge and technology from both the Immortal Realm and the Mortal Realm.

"I'm actually, I'm not so sure about that. I'm going to be honest with you, the person who invented this machine and made it spread out dates back to the beginning of our world. The reason that I told you that it wasn't like any other machine is because it was the words of the creator, because of that our ancestors were confused about it but didn't dare to question her.

"So it is Momozano who created this… I wonder though… from whose idea she took it. Because I also made such a machine back on Earth, though it was only used for Training Hologram for my people… Did she take it from me?" Yuki questioned herself as she already had this question in her mind the moment that she began using the Machine.

It was all because it was too familiar to her, she did the same thing when she was 23, and it was used by the members of the "God's Worst Nightmare". Once the machine was started, it would create imaginary structures and from that, you would be able to fight without consequences since it was basically a simulation. The only difference was that what she made was more advanced, but the idea and concept were basically the same. The difference is that this machine uses your real body, while hers uses an imaginary body.

But she didn't question it any longer as there was no use in it, even if Momozano had really taken the idea from her, she didn't care. That machine was just an experiment for her anyway. So she just continued what she was about to do and looked at the Ranking. But it didn't shock her when she began to read the names of the people that were on the list.

Yuki was not shocked to see that there were more than half of the people that were in the Top Ten were from the Royal Family, because they simply wouldn't be the Royal Family if they couldn't produce such talents. But what did shock her was to see two names that looked so familiar to her.

"That shameless woman, she even puts her own name on this list… But what's more shocking is that my lovely wife is actually here… Never would I have expected that since she is so docile and cute, she wasn't the type to be so competitive~" Yuki merely sneered at Momozano while silently praising Kurokami and she was genuinely surprised that she was there. Because just as she said, she was never the type to be so competitive, so she didn't expect to see her name there.

"I can still keep going, right? Since tecnhinally I haven't really stopped my first Trial yet." Yuki asked as she was planning to overtake that Ranking soon. She stopped for a few minutes to rest and she was going to be disappointed if she didn't have any time to overtake the Ranking because there was just one chance to take it.

"Of course, you still haven't left the Training Room, so the Machine will still register it. But there is a time limit for your rest, but you don't have to worry because it is a complete one hour." Damian explained which eased Yuki's nerves.

So without waiting anymore, she continued the Test, and now she is going to get a little more serious since she plans to take the number one spot of this Rank. She was doing to edge her name for the whole people to see.

When she started again, Damian was now even more shocked because he didn't expect her to start once more. He originally thought that it was over, so he was a little skeptical when Yuki asked him that question earlier, but it seems that he was wrong. There was still a lot of power in her left that she was not using. He felt it, but it was not just him, everyone who was in the Guild at that time felt the immense power that Yuki was releasing.

Because of this, a crowd of people started gathering inside of the Training Room where Yuki was just to watch this spectacular sight.
