Chapter 6 Elroy Leviathan

Ladon sat in his study with a pile of memorials on his desk due to the former host negligence some memorials are old mixed with the new ones, now they is a mountain of memorials available leaving him no time for vacation.

Ladon continued to pass through the memorials seriously some where okay for looking into them some where leaving him speechless of what to do.

If building of dams is a national affair how is a minister's mistress is trying to replace the main wife in the house be considered a national affair.

What do this minister want me to do, bulge in their house and make decisions, won't I be cursed to death for poking my nose in their business.

He swore to scold these officials who only knew how to play around and only know the impeachment word in their mouth when he sees them in court, seriously someone wants to impeach another fellow official for talking to a brothel woman.

Ladon looked at the memorial on his desk in thought,last year harvest of crops was very poor manly because the tools used by the farmers are not up to standard, meaning they are too slow for farming the land and few.

The other reason is that iron is mostly found in the hands of the court, only those with money or have some connections could afford it while common farmers can't.

First Ladon got a blank page and started drawing some farming tools as well as some new farming inventions.

But he also thought of implementing some modern farming methods on how improve the crops including some methods of fertilization.

"Hopefully it will be fruitful harvest next year." Ladon finished writing with a sign, unknowingly he has spent two hours working on the farming problems which eventually has troubling the ministry of works for some time.

" Some one call the ministry of works and the ministry of revenue this instant "

" Yes your majesty " an attendant swiftly answered and went to carry out the order.

" Wait!!" the attendant stopped and thought something was wrong and hurriedly bowed confusing Ladon for a second of what the attendant was talking about.

" Please show mercy your majesty "

" Get up you didn't do anything wrong"

" Thank you for your mercy your majesty"

Ladon looked seriously at the attendant making him feel a chill on his back and be on trepidation, " take these to ministry of works and revenue tell them to carry out this as so as possible "

" As your majesty commands "

Suddenly just as the attendant left a call come from outside the study door " your majesty."

" Come in"

The chief eunuch entered the study and bowed " your majesty it's done "

Ladon looked over and nodded his head in satisfaction " You have worked hard Wilfred "

Chief eunuch Wilfred smiled slightly and shock his head " it's nothing your majesty and it's my duty to serve the emperor and share your worries."

" Good hahaha "

Ladon got up in delight and patted the old mans shoulder signaling him to follow.

" Come follow me for a walk in the garden."

Ladon walked along a tiled pavement together with the chief eunuch, and the shadow guards obviously in the dark.

As they approached the garden they heard the voices of two people one young and old bickering.

" Young master get down it's getting dark" Kiran was anxiously looking at the young man on the tree god knows where he got the courage to go up their,she could have gotten the attendants or servants or even she herself could do it but the young lord denied their service, however now it's sun set so they have to return before it gets dark.

" No!!"

" Alright I can do it for you, what if get injured."

" Your peaches are bitter"

" How so they come from the same tree "

" Your so silly, that's why your peaches are bitter " the boy continue to climb higher and higher making the surrounding servants in be trepidation god knows if the prince injures himself will the queen let them go,so they tried to persuade him to come down.

" How can you call your big sister stupid."

Elroy ignored them, Ladon approached the scene, as got closer he could also see a four year old boy swiftly moving on the tree but since his face was facing the way Ladon couldn't see him clearly.

The maids and Kiran who suddenly became alert looked over and noticed it's the emperor approaching so they quickly bowed and saluted.

" Greetings your majesty"

Before Ladon could answer the boy on the tree also heard that it's the emperor who has come suddenly lost balance and slipt.

" Aaahhh.."

The servants paled in fright hearing the voice and failed to react for a second.

Ladon suddenly vanished and appeared at the position of the boy while he also spread his inner force to protect the boy from the blanches of the tree.
