Terra's Decision - Growing Sprout - Hidden - Sai's Seriousness - Philip's Mistake

After Philip left Terra's room, Terra held his head and shook it left and right while he closed his eyes

"What have I gotten myself in to..."

He then opened his eyes and looked at his hands

"What was wrong with me? I wanted to protect the world alone and I was dead set on that since it's in my entire being... But somehow, I just agreed to his conditions! Is this what it feels like when your fate was changed right in front of you?!"

He then smirked and let out a light giggle

"But his idea is amazing! I've never heard of such utopia... Am I capable of that??? Well, if he, the Fate Controller, says so... I will trust him"

He lifted his head up and looked at the ceiling

"An ever expanding world... Naturally generating resources... Majestic biome formations with breathtaking bodies of land and stunning bodies of water... Clear and vast sky with stunning cloud formations and scorching warm Sun... Astounding healthy and colorful flora and thriving fauna... It's my ideal world and what I would have expected of Earth!"

He then lowered his head and his eyebrows furrowed, giving a melancholic and unfortunate sight

"Earth was different from what I expected... I think I remember now... A being tried to save me the moment I was born... Was that Philip? Nonetheless, a lot of other beings were born onto this world and they shaped the world in their own image, which led to the Great Conqueror War that wasn't recorded in history... Since then, Earth devolved into this era"

He then closed his hands

"Now, the Mystical Age has started and it's all because of Philip. Earth became Earthenmana... All other beings are afraid and cautious of him. He did this by his own... So, it is only right that I gave him the authority to do whatever he wants to the world and he said he wanted to protect it..."

He then smirked again and looked at the door that Philip left through

"I'll hold you on 5octhe promise"

Terra then sat on a lotus position and assumed the Imperial Jade Body, a form that can only be demonstrated by Terra to enter an unparalleled concentration state to fully amplify his power and manipulate it to a degree that can affect a rule on Earth

But this time, he's not affefing a rule on Earthenmana, he's trying to realize the world that Philip described to him, like a blueprint, and create the pocket dimension, like the Log Cabin in the basement

The entirety of his room then turned into shimmering emerald-green jade, including the bed, chair, and tables

Eternally burning flame from the deepest parts of hell. Anger that's constantly rising and order that couldn't be followed

Fortunately, a greater power that could be allowed to interfere with these mysterious forces has been set

Hotness, coldness, unfortunate, fortunate, blaze, glaze, blare, glare... Darkness, light, pain, suffering, hope, love, protection, care... Philip was walking through the hallways im a trance. He entered autopilot mode until he reached Alucard's room

Emily was also waiting for him. If she had a physical body, she would have been following him on his side and obviously looking at him with a stink eye

Nonetheless, she tried to call out to him and bring him back to his senses

「 Philip? 」

"..."

「 Hm... Do you think it's worth protecting Earthenmana now? 」

"Hm, no..."

Philip didn't flinch or twitch when he came back to his senses

「 Why do you want to protect it so bad that you stole the job of the Earth's World God? 」

"You already know the answer to that"

「 Just comfirming and rechecking. I'm making sure that you're dead set on your goals 」

That was a lie. Emily wanted to learn more of the beings called human and why they are so special to Philip

"Even if Earthenmana has its flaws... It is the most unique world in the universe. This world is a hub for all mysteries and wonders, as you could see. You think that you have seen enough, but no... Every human can affect destinies of every other human..."

「 ... 」

"Also, I want a place to call my home and Earthenmana suits it. Since this is a hub for mysteries, this is where I'll be able to complete my search of power! Vampires, gods, elemental benders, spirits, descendants! You name it"

Philip's reasoning might have been lightweight to Emily, but she tried her best to understand it

Emily knows. She can sense that there are deeper meaning behind his words and it's mostly clouded and blurry. She can read his thoughts after all

"Is that a good enough answer for you?"

「 No. You're still confused and undetermined yourself... But that's fine. You can tell me again another time 」

Emily didn't hold back and Philip was caught. He also knows it, but decides to keep the surface level reason

"Emily... Regarding the Sprout of Regenerative Ivory..."

「 You were fortunate that you survived a blow from a True God... If not for the help of the sprout and Pureblood, you would've died and resurrected in that moment in time! You wouldn't have come back here, right now, in the present! 」

"I apologize... I had to take risks..."

「 I understand... But be careful next time 」

「 So, regarding the sprout... It definitely grew taller! It now has three branching stalks that has yet to produce a leaf... 」

"Interesting... So, that magnitude of a blow only gave that much, huh? It would only evolve if I died from an attack?"

「 Pretty much... But do you really want to risk that, when your sleep or hibernation elapses for a longer time, every single time? 」

"No... I would like to avoid that actually... Dying is freedom, but it's the different case for me"

「 What about her? 」

Emily asked in a slight annoyance

"She said that they, the Agents of Chaos, are going to eradicate the every iteration of myself in every multiverse, dimensions, realities, and timelines... How come no one's coming to us now?"

「 Since the reset of the system, the system realized the danger of the agents of chaos and their warning to you, before the system even manifested in you. Because of that, the system did some shenanigans to which became a factor of the Absolute Golden Timeline to shift, but you're the primary cause of it. We became lucky that the timeline shifted and that will cause them to be unable to find us, at least for now 」

"How long till we're safe?"

「 I, myself, do not know the answer to that 」

"Alright, that's fine... Well, we're almost at Alucard's room"

「 Going to see Sai? 」

"Yes... Let's unlock her potential and seek her origin"

A few minutes later, Philip arrived in front of Alucard's room. He knocked on the door and waited for a response

In just an instant, the door knob twisted, clicked, and the door slowly swung open

"Philip, welcome"

Alucard welcomed him with a warm smile as he gazed at him with his crimson blood eyes that sees the truth. The moment he saw Philip, he already know what was happening

「 ... 」

"Please come in"

Alucard pulled the door wider and let Philip in. He then closed the door as soon as Philip stepped further inside

Philip looked around and searched for Sai. He saw Alucard's king sized bed, his dark red studded high back single sofa, the tea table with the tea and coffee set, and the large window that Alucard usually perches on during the night and stare at the sky or moon while either sipping a cup of tea or just letting his hair flutter from the breeze. This is also where he saw Sai

Sai was wearing a purple see through nightgown, above a violet oversized shirt. Her long black hair is tied into a messy ponytail with a violet scrunchie and her curved horns glosses over the Sun. She is also wearing white long gloves and knee-high socks. The Solaris Spear was resting next to the window

Sai slightly turned her head to the right after sensing Philip's presence. She was not in a good mood as a shadow looms over her face and her violet right eye pierces through him with a sinister glow

Seeing this, Alucard is still calm and has a warm smile on his face. He then went ahead next to the window and a pair of Blood Wings grew from his back

"I'll be leaving the both of you... Please clear up some misunderstandings and conclude whatever loose ends you both got"

Alucard gave Sai a loving smile but she didn't look at him and kept glaring at Philip. He then ruffled and patted her head before jumping out the window and flying away, probably to the roof or at the backyard

As soon as Alucard left, Sai closed her right hand with force and a violet aura bursted from her fist and blazed like fire

「 You were just placed within Sai's exclusive domain. You are now isolated from the real world 」

Alucard's room darkened and the view outside of the window was replaced with a stream of violet plasma. The atmosphere became denser and a loud rumbling noise echoed from below while being mumbled. The violet aura around the room blazed like fire and reached the ceiling, creating a sea of violet hellfire

"Sai..."

"Philip, or should I say, new God of Darkness?!"

"Just Philip is fine!"

"Not only did you kill the God of Darkness to save that angel... You took his Divine Soul and absorbed it into your own self! I'm even surprised that your mortal body is able to handle that soul... You shouldn't even be able to host two completely different souls at all!"

"..."

"Tell me... What really are you?!"

Sai completely turned her body and faced Philip. She lifted her right hand and the Solaris Spear hovered above her, to the right, aiming the blade at Philip

"Tell me yourself... What am I in your eyes?!"

"A mortal who self proclaims himself as a god!"

Sai extended her hand at Philip and the Solaris Spear thrusted at him

*Blink*

In a fraction of a second, the Solaris Spear reached Philip and just stopped in front of his face

"Huh?"

Sai let out a confused remark

"Are we really going to fight again? You know that I am and I was stronger than you... Now, I'm even stronger"

Philip pushed the Solaris Spear away with his index finger that he used to block the thrust. His finger was wrapped and imbued with Spear Concept, that's why the Solaris Spear couldn't dare harm him

Philip then walked forward and approached Sai

「 God Submission 」

"Guh!"

Sai was restrained and she became overwhelmed by Philip's presence alone

"Y-you changed so much... T-that it's scary"

At that word, Philip's eyes widened and he came to a sudden realization. He fixed his posture and manipulated his emotions. He then cancelled the God Submission ability and released Sai

"Haaah... Haaah... Haaah..."

Sai tried to catch her breath

"I apologize for overpowering you too much... It won't happen again"

Philip became afraid. He hurt what he was trying to protect without realizing it sooner. That dealt a massive blow to him and he immediately mellowed out

Sai just looked at Philip's eyes, trying to read his thoughts

"Look... Changing doesn't mean it's bad. You were just scaring me. Look into my own perspective and you'll understand..."

"..."

"If it affected you that much... Learn from you mistakes and don't do it again"

"I-I apologize"

Philip apologized the second time out of reflex

"I also apologize for lashing out on you like that... I was just overwhelmed by the fact that you're the new God of Darkness and the divine realm is already in anarchy"

"Y-yes... Uhm, I don't know what to say..."

Philip was still remaining soft and mellowed out. He wasn't recovering anytime soon and he needed a trigger to bring his senses back

"Huh... Strange... Somehow, I feel like I have the sudden urge to kiss you... You have more hidden power and this seems like it's forbidden or taboo"

「 ... 」

"Nonetheless, I will remain faithful to Alucard, so here..."

Sai hovered towards Philip and kissed him on the forehead

"!!!"

Philip had a jolt run across his body, originating from his forehead. His trance and trauma was immediately knocked away from him and another realization came over him

"And also... Snap out of it!!!"

Sai went ahead and punched him on the chest, pushing him into the ground

"Now, explain everything to me!!!"

Sai raised her fist and shook it in front of Philip
