Max gets arrested and flips a cop

Max asked, "Please don't put those on in front of my wife."

The officer nodded and walked Max out of the hospital. He put Max in the back of the car.

"How loyal are you to the law?" asked Max.

"I've been on the force for ten years and I'm still a street cop." groaned the officer.

"What if I said I know someone in the department that owes me a favor and I can get you to any department you like," explained Max.

"Homicide division?" asked the cop.

Max nodded grinning and the cop nodded.

"What's in it for you?" asked the officer.

"I will pay you 50 thousand dollars for each case you help cover up. Does any of this sound appealing to you?" asked Max.

"I'll uncuff you and you make your call and if I get put in that division I'll be your little pawn." laughed the officer.

Max grabbed his burner phone and called the head of police and said, "Remember the favor I did for you time for you to pay up. Put..."

"Officer Owen Loyd," said Owen.

"Put Officer Owen Loyd as a Homicide detective," said Max.

"Sure thing man." said the head of police.

Owen got a call saying that his post was moved to Homicide. Owen grinned and said, "Max, you got yourself a deal."

Max handed him an untraceable burner phone along with 10 thousand dollars.

"I will contact you using this phone. Keep it near you at all times," ordered Max.

"Sure thing, boss." laughed Owen, "You're free to go."

Max left the cop car grinning.
