The life of a normal Farm-boy

Looking in the mirror admiring his dirty blond hair you would think Sam had nothing better to do. Yet he did he always loves to procrastinate. "Sam wake up it's time to eat breakfast". Yelled Sam's adorable little sister Ruby who at the time was seven years old.

Ruby pounced at his door in excitement and swung her arms open for A hug she could hardly stand sleeping in A different room from her older brother. "Ruby don't just ram your way in I'm changing!" "To Bad I want a hug!" "Okay give me one second I'll be right out."

After Sam got dressed Ruby practically jumped in the air like A cat would it's prey and tackled Sam to the floor. "Okay, Okay you got your hug now go play with pudgy" The little puppy chasing butterfly's in the large and seemingly endless fields. With huge and beautiful flowers of A very large variety of colors. The beauty of which shall always be remembered.

"Don't go out just yet you two you need to eat something at least some bread." "We are going to church it will be a while." Said Sam and Ruby's mom Martha. Sam and Ruby in a rush decided to stuff the fresh warm loaf of bread in there mouth without even chewing.

As if they were squirrels filling there mouth's with acorns for hibernation. Dan there father said just a little to late. "Chew slower or you'll choke on your food... Sam was already gasping for air which was the last thing he wanted. His dad always finds pride in moments like these.

Dan laughed right in front of poor Sam severely bruising his ego. Not to mention he was still choking on the bread. Ruby wasn't helping just adding on to the laughter. Chanting "You can do it you can do it take that bread down Sam!!!" Suddenly Sam felt a hard and sharp whack against his back Dan finally helped. Bread flew from his mouth and Ruby continued to cheer with Dan "Out goes the bread!"

Both Ruby and Sam rushed to play with pudgy. They got in some little hugs and kisses before they left to church. Dan mastered the skill of being a coach long ago so driving wouldn't be an issue. So after what felt like hours they were nearing to the church.

The church was out in the middle of nowhere there is a reason for that though. The kingdom Sardium doesn't allow you to worship a woman, A Goddess it was forbidden. That didn't stop the citizen's though. There religion should not be bound by a dictator. They hated the idea of abandoning there religion simply because the one they choose to worship doesn't have a penis. So they met in sacred grounds far from the public eye to worship there goddess.

The family sat down in the uncomfortable wooden benches. Sam immediately felt as if something was wrong he just couldn't locate the cause. Than it hit him like someone suddenly punching you in the gut continuously. The king, ruler, Lord was here which meant they were going to die... Or worse.

Sam pulled Ruby udder one of the bleacher's and curled her under him. The king other wise known as King Arlo the first said. "Kill all the men do what you please with the women!!!" "As for the children they will become slaves take them to the dungeons after words."

And so Sam covered Ruby from seeing or hearing anything but Sam was left unprotected. He watched as they beheaded his father than Watched his mothers body be violated. All he could do was sit watch and protect Ruby. But in the end...
