DESIRE TO BE FREE

There's a difference between have , own and desire .

When you have something , you aren't sure it's yours but it's in your possession.

When you own something, it's yours and in your possession but when you desire something, it's not yours and it's not in your possession.

Right now , I desire freedom .

I came to that conclusion as I stood ontop this building ready to end it all.

I had had enough and no one was willing to ask me if I was okay .

I was not okay .

I had managed to hold it all in .

Them hiding people's stuff in my possession and framing me as a thief when I wasn't.

Them mocking me and throwing stuffs at me calling me names.

I had held it all in .

But what happened today was the worst.

I knew I was expecting my period today so I had packed sanitary pads in my school bag.

After lunch, I started feeling funny so I knew it was coming.

I ran to class to get my school bag and change but my bag wasn't in my seat .

There was a commotion outside so i went to check it out .

The things in my bag had been tossed out on the floor and my sanitary pads were laid out on the floor and dipped in red paint.

One could easily mistake it as blood.

" Hey Ariel, isn't that yours ?" Tanya shouted to me .

I was embarrassed.

I couldn't move because I already felt blood dripping down .

" Hey don't be embarrassed to pick it up " Tanya said pushing me towards it and I fell on the floor.

I didn't know my skirt was already stained so as I fell on the floor people started making fun of me .

This was the height and I couldn't take it anymore.

Standing ontop the building ,I cried harder.

I desire freedom and now ..I ought to be free.

Being bullied is normal in high school, I know that too.

But there's only so much I can take .

Standing ontop of the building , I looked down.

To be honest with y'all, this wasn't the first time I was here to commit suicide.

This was the second time .

I still remember the first time, Tanya and her minions had found me.

" Wow, look at that guys, Ariel wants to commit suicide" Tanya said smiling" why don't we help her ?"

Lucinda and Beatrice rushed over to me and tried to push me off.

I didn't want to die then so I'd struggled to maintain balance.

Just then , our maths teacher had come up to the rooftop and stopped them .

Ever since then , the rooftop of our school building had been off limit .

But this time I was more confident.

That's why I'd stolen the key to the rooftop.

Sorry , Mom... Dad.

THUD!

I was supposed to be dead , after all I fell but then ...how was I still thinking?

I opened my eyes and was welcomed to darkeness.

" You are up " a voice said .

I couldn't see anything .

It was pitch black .

" Who is there ?"

" Ah, forgive me " the person clapped his hand and light came up .

He was dressed in black and had a tall figure.

" Who are ???"

He looked offended .

" You don't know me ?"

I searched my brain . Was I ??

He scoffed .

" This truly must be an atheist " he cleared his throat" I'm Lucifer, it's nice to meet you "

" Lucifer as in??"

" Yes yes , that Lucifer. "

" So what you are trying to say now is that I'm in hell ?"

" Not yet, God needs you so for now we are going to heaven" he wore a shades " let's go "

I stood up and walked beside him .

" Why are you wearing a shade ?"

" You'll find out soon "

A door opened and we were blinded by light , well- I was.

" Welcome to heaven . Take your time and look around while we are here since you'll probably miss the view "

Heaven was beautiful as I'd read.

" Why does God want to see me ?"

Lucifer shrugged .

A shiny light appeared .

" Welcome "

I bowed my head.

" You must be wondering why I asked of you "

" Yes"

" Lucifer hand her the tablet"

Lucifer gave me a tablet.

Was this a present from God?

" In that tablet is a young man, Noah derenade. You are to go to earth and stop him from commiting suicide "

I laughed and turned to Lucifer

" Hey, you never told me God was a writter "I turned back to the light" I won't do it. Just take me to hell already".

"I thought you would say so "

CLICK!

Suddenly I was in a dark place .

He probably took me back to hell . I thought.

I saw myself ontop of a building.

What was this ?

I fell from the building and died .

I got up again and I was on the top of the building and fell again .

I kept on dying and dying.

And I felt stuffed in this dark place .

I couldn't breathe.

CLICK !

Light was everywhere once more.

" So what do you say ? You still want to go back to hell ?" The voice from the light asked .

I was already a hundred years old so I couldn't talk properly" I... I'll d..o i..t"

" I thought so "

And I fell .

Fell from heaven to earth.

"You have 10 minutes . "I hear a voice say " if Noah commits suicide, you go to hell "

I ran to the location on the tab.

Time started ticking.

I didn't have time to think about "why me "

All that was in my head right now was that ..I didn't want to go to hell.

Not yet anyways.

Because If I was going...I was going to take Tanya and her minions with me.
