Chapter 4: Announcement

Anna woke up in bed by herself half naked in her silk clothing, she woke up and someone knocked on the door. She covered up with the bed sheet. As the Emperor Adam walked in.

"My dear Anna, I am surprised you are awake. Thought you be in bed dreading today. Nonetheless, you must get ready at once. I have maids coming to take you a bath. You will be bathed, dressed then fed"

Adam explained as Anna glared and sat upon the bed still covering herself.

"Why must I be on a schedule? And what is so urgent you are making me do this now" Anna sighed

"My sorceress, today is the day you are announced to the kingdom. You will be queen some day, but for now, announcing you is my best move. Now chop chop" Adam explained as he smirked opening the door leaving as maids rush in.

"I hate you" Anna whispered as she saw the maids who quickly yanked the sheet from her exposing her half naked body. Dragging her to the bath, which was a large square pool filled with rose water. Many rose petals filled the water as so fruit was cut for scent and freshness.

"In you go my dear" a maid spoke and Anna suddenly listened and stepped inside as the water was warm. She moaned quietly as the water touched her skin. She has never felt so good, never so relaxed and stressed at once. She smiled but it faded as her half naked body was now bare before the maids. She felt embarrassed feeling so exposed.

Anna sunk into the water and laid there.

Another maid came in with a tray of freshly cut fruit. She sat beside the pool. "Sorceress.. your breakfast is here" Anna leaned against the pool wall as the maid began to feed her.

Anna didn't mind the idea of being pampered but used as a weapon was something she did not want to sign up for.

After 40mins of bathing and eating fruit. Anna walked out the pool and maids dried her curved bare body.

Soon dressing her into a golden silk slim dress. The maids escorted her to Adams throne room where he awaited Anna.

Anna walked through the door and saw him and his face was red as his jaw dropped. Seeing Annas beauty in the light.

Adam closed his mouth and walked towards her "you, my sweet sorceress.... you are the most beautiful woman in all the land" he takes her hand which she slowly pulls away.

He nods his head dismissing the maids.

"Dismiss me and deny me in public you will regret your actions girl" Adam spoke coldly and sinister you could see the small grin peaking kn the horizon.

"Lets just get this over with.." Anna sighed.

Adam walked to the balcony where people waited for him. He talked for a good while then waved for Anna to come. She did.

Anna sighed and slowly walked towards him and put on a fake small smile

"People of Egypt! This is Anna, my sorceress. She will keep us safe. She is will hep us to victory. She will help you all. She is mine. No one is to lay a hand upon her! The penalty for harming the sorceress is death by being buried alive in the sands!! She knows all and see's all. "

Adam smiled and raised Annas hand to his lips where he kissed her hand. Anna waved at the people and bowed her head as she slowly walked backwards into his chamber as people cheered and clapped out of fear yet happiness.

"Your insane" Anna stated

"You are mine" Adam growled and smiled as he stalked her like prey.

"Why dont we have some fun" he grinned as he corners Anna to the wall. She gasps.

"No" Anna stated holding her ground.

Adam then planted a kiss upon her lips and Anna got a vision. A horrible vision...

It showed the whole kingdom set to burn to dust. How she did not know. A warning for whats to come.

Anna pushed him. "Goodnight" she glared and ran off to her room.

Adam sighed "blue balls are not fun"
