Why he had called the figure behind the being attacking him 'Apollo' was something that was totally unplanned. And it was due to various reasons, many of which had come as a result of being surprised.
For the first time ever, he was seeing the face of the one who was his guide. He would have doubted that it was his guide but for the fact that the gear the figure had on was the one he has always known it for, he had to believe it was indeed Apollo.
He didn't mind that it wasn't Apollo's complete face he was seeing but being that he was able to catch a glimpse of what it looked made him feel awed. And it also complemented with the overwhelming look of the being.
"Dalki!" Apollo called out and for a moment he tried to wonder who he was calling that. The name sounded familiar and going down memory lane, he was able to recollect it belonged to the rogue elder.
So does that mean the being in a dark robe standing in front of him was actually the rogue elder?
