"Cily'', what more do you know about me?" Danny suddenly asked because he just realised he doesn't even know a lot about himself

"Nothing much, I know you have a big brother , best friend and you're a weakling" she shrugged and earned a flick on her forehead

"Oww... What was that for??" She whined

"Do I look like a weakling?" He asked and she shook her head

"Good, don't go about believing what you hear okay?" He asked awaiting her response but she just nodded again like an obedient dog, Danny didn't even know when his hands started patting her hair subconsciously, after he realised, he cleared his throat and stood upright once again making Cily'' to shrink back in fear.

"Do you know my best friend?" He asked and instead of nodding, she replied this time slightly disappointing Danny who was expecting a cute nod from her again

"Yes, she's a teacher at the academy" she replied

"What does she teach?'

"Sorcery, how to cast spells etc" she replied timidly out of fear that he might just lash out at her at any minute

"Do you want to meet her?" She asked and he shook his head indicating he doesn't

"Not yet, I'm not yet certain about what happened to me and who wants me dead so not yet" he explained and she nodded understanding his present condition.

"Okay"

"You've only told me about high elves, what about the rest of them and which one are you?" He asked changing the topic from his female best friend. He still can't wrap his head around the fact that he would have to pretend around somebody who knows Pearce inside out. That will be really difficult to deal with.

"Well, I'm half fairy and half high elf, the normal or lower elves are pretty much like humans" she shrugged and he gasped

" Do you have humans here?" He asked Maybe he could walk in there and snatch his original body back.

"Not here, there are humans in the human plane. In the human plane all races exist there because humans are ordinary and can't even sense the highest amount of magic except they see it'' she explained

"So that's why you said the lower elves are just like humans?" he slowly said after assimilating what he just heard

"Yup and Light Elves, that is Elves from the age of light are like the exact photocopy of high Elves, they are not the original but can pretty much do what all other high elves do" she started chewing on the fruits the Eoben just passed to her

Danny was in deep thoughts, this world is more complicated than he originally imagined. Folklore is so deceiving! He said in his head.

"So what is the work of the ordinary Elves then?" He asked. She popped a cherry in her mouth before replying him.

"They go to magic academy or they learn to do carpentry, blacksmithing, farming and other menial jobs"

"Okay, so ordinary Elves can also learn to practice magic" he said, understanding a little about what she's saying

"No, they learn how to mix herbs to create portions for sorcerers and witches" she said and kept eating the cherries nonchalantly

"Means they have no core right?" He asked

"I said they are just like humans" she shrugged and said

Now Danny was wondering where this daring girl came from because the Cily he knows is a little cute and quiet girl. He noticed she changed immediately she started eating which means she has given too much attention to the fruits not even minding what she says and how she says it. He chuckled and decided to tease her maybe a little

" I'm still a little hungry " he said and yawned

"Uhmm... There's no more food her and it's getting late" she said still Popping her cherries but where on earth are those cherries coming from? They don't seem to want to end because the plate keeps refiling.

"How do those taste?" He asked. Eyeing her bowl of fruits

"I'm not sharing" she defended hugging the bowl tightly

"I never knew you are such a foodie" Danny laughed

"Don't insult me, I gave you the bowl of soup I made" she pouted and replied.

Danny was quite surprised on how well they've both progressed since the first time they met. He now knows she's in love with food and can show her true self when food is involved but in other things, she will always be prim, proper and timid.

He just sat on the stool at the other end of the room thinking about different things while staring at Cily'' eating numerous Cherries. "Don't she get tired?" He's been asking himself that question for a while now but remembering he actually finished the whole bowl of soup earlier made him a little apologetic. What if that was the only food she had left! He had to do something, he really cannot be relying on a girl still in school while he's trying to sort out his issues, if only he didn't wake up in the body of a F_ prince!

"Are you okay?" Cily'' looked up and asked him

"Yes, why?" He asked

"I just sense a little bit of frustration from you" she said and stood up. The fruits in her bowl is finally finished and Danny didn't even know when that happened because he was so deep in thoughts

"I'm fine don't worry" he replied her

Crossing her legs and making a yoga pose, she said to him "I might have this amulet that can drastically decrease or even totally stop the flow of a Dragon magic, I can still sense and do basic magic" and closed her eyes

"Does that mean you're more powerful than a dragon?" He asked wide eyed

"No, it means I was given the fake" she shrugged

Danny laughed at her cute behavior in his head. It's obvious this girl has more potential than she even thinks and is not willing to accept the fact that she is a powerful existence. She's trying to live her life in the most basic way she ever can but he's willing to help her out of her she'll if only he even knew one tiny magical spell!

"You can't help me prince Pearce, at least not now" she said with her eyes closed and Danny was taken aback!

"I just thought you're really impressive as should find a good teacher to hone your skills" he scratched the back of his head and said

"Nobody is willing to teach a mistake like me" she smiled softly still concentrating on what she was doing

"Mistake? Who ever called you that?!" Danny asked visibly angry that people just judge people without any care about how it makes them feel

,"Everybody except one person" she said

"Who?"

"Gage!" She replied

"Who is Gage?"

"The gnome" she answered

"But I don't call you a mistake" he slurred and squinted his eyes

"You can't even remember if you're a prince, how sure am I that he won't hate me too when you regain your memories?" She asked smiling softly

"If I regain my memory, I won't forget what you've done for me and if I ever hated you in the past, what you've done for me has erased all of it" he said slowly looking straight at her closed eyes.

She slowly opened them with tears pooling at the bottom of her beautiful eyes.

Danny rushed to her and gave her a shoulder hug.

"Please don't cry, I can't console people" he said and she sniffled and laughed

"This is the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me"

"I have an idea Cily'' he said

"What is it?" She asked

"Find out what Gire thinks of prince Pearce"
