One Of Us Is Early
Jordan stretched in the bed while yawning. His eyes were threatening to close and he tried his best not to go back to sleep, he had school to attend.
Talking in a muffled voice he said, "this is what I get after spending the whole night outside."
Silence!
He rubbed his eyes, tired wishing that he hadn't taken Sheryl to the park that late at night, she would have tried and slept instead. But if anyone would have told him last night that he would have screamed, no.
"I am going to sleep in school today." He said again.
Silence!
"Okay, coach Sheryl, I am sure I did not wake before you, we slept late yesterday, technically what I mean is today, and I am sure I… coach Sheryl," Jordan said and rolled to his other side screaming, "I am going to fall."
