Chapter 21: The Morning After
"Do I look okay?" Birdy asked worriedly as she stepped out of the bathroom attached to her and Alex's room.
"You look beautiful," Alex reassured her with a smile as she looked up from the high heeled sandals she was strapping on. "You're going to get a lot of attention tonight."
After Vero had come back from the pool and introductions had been made, the group decided that they wanted to go out and enjoy one of the clubs at the resort. Vero had been more vocal than the others about going out dancing.
Alex had opted to pair her sandals with a short pair of denim shorts and a crimson red corset top. Birdy had gone the opposite direction and was wearing tight, leather pants and a revealing bodysuit.
"I don't know about getting any attention," Birdy said with an embarrassed laugh. "But I think I might get a free drink or two."
"I'm first in line," Alex joked with a wink as she tousled her hair slightly so it fell around her shoulders evenly.
