Traitor's Stride

Fuck fuck fuck! I have to get out of here. Why would The Elder just cull us like that? My mind could only carry me so fast, and my feet were limited more so. I bolted down narrow corridor after narrow corridor. I didn't think he'd catch on so easily and display no signs of suspicion.

what had I done to invoke The Elder's wrath? And where in the name of Requiem was Elias? I can figure all of that out later, right now I need to get out of this building and find refuge... somewhere. Could I get to the rebellion? Though it would only be a matter of time until they are found, the same is true for me anywhere else in Requiem.

I managed to get down to the third floor without incident, now the issue is running past the guards that are placed everywhere from here on out. I decided to not do that, and instead, like an idiot, jump out of the third-floor window.
