Flora giggled saying, "That's not bad, actually you should see my sister cooking or lack thereof. When we were young, I used to sneak into the kitchen often when no one was around at night and just cook, one day I remember asking her to look after a pan of vegetables while I grabbed something and when I returned a few minutes later they were burnt. I asked her what happened, and she said she didn't know what to do so she, ah," Flora paused, she sighed before saying, "Sorry I went on a tangent."

"No, continue your story, I am curious as to what happened," Azrael said and Flora smiled as she continued saying, "She said the vegetables were making too much noise, so she closed the lid waiting for me to return and when I did it was all burnt since no one had stirred them. I threw out the vegetables before creating another batch, thankfully no one woke up to stop us."

Flora shared a few more stories with Azrael as they ate, and he listened to each one of them carefully as she shared her family.

"My parents are wonderful, but they have always been harsh especially my father on our brother. It's because he's the oldest so he shoulders much responsibility especially for my sister and I, there was one time when I had gotten hurt by another fairy during physical training and he was extremely furious. He would have beaten the poor boy to the ground then and there, but he was older, so he held back."

Flora smiled as she said, "I am grateful he didn't engage in a fight but in order to prevent any future injuries he started to conduct separate training sessions for the two of us on top of all the other regular training sessions we had. I can't say I loved that time, but it did help me in my barrier creations as he would often sneak an attack when giving instructions, and even in the middle of obstacles, he would shoot ice arrows or fireballs."

"He seems to care for you two quite a lot," Azrael said, and Flora nodded saying, "Yes he does. He is on his mission right now too, we three have our own specialties, I specialize in defense, while my sister does research, and our bother is the strongest in combat."

"What about your nature abilities?" Azrael asked and Flora smiled saying, "That is one of my weaker abilities, and it's my least developed ability because I have always focused on combat and defense type of magic so my connection to nature is useless." He frowned glancing at the wall of ice in front of them at the two rows of vegetables that were growing in ice shelves.

"Flora, your magic isn't useless, look over there," he pointed towards the wall as he continued, "this planet is cold enough to the point that not a single plant life is here, but you were able to create life in the desolate harsh environment so please don't call your abilities useless."

She glanced at the wall and then at him his eyes reassuring her as she sighed saying, "You're right, I should get to using my abilities then, I need to keep their growth up if we want to have a sufficient food source, you should also rest you and Andras were training for a long time."

He nodded as she walked away while he laid down on the bed he watched Flora's magic and the plants grow, as his eyes shut and sleep came to him.
