"We... should break up..." Emma said to me as I sat there in the coffee shop right in front of her. Looking at her lowered head I sighed and got up before putting money on the counter. "If that's all you wanted to say you could have just texted..." I said walking out ignoring her sad expression.

"I want to move..." I said standing in an alley with a cigarette in my mouth as I held the phone between my shoulder and ear. On the other side was my mom, who had been given a Job opportunity but hadn't been sure if she should accept it since it was in Japan.

"You really want to?" She said worriedly but I knew she was relieved to leave this shithole. It would be good to get out of here... nothing good was here anyway...

"Yeah mom, I'm proud of you for getting this job... kuoh Town won't be too bad... I'll need to learn the honorifics though..." I said smiling slightly at my small joke. The sooner we got out of here the better, and I had searched up Kuoh town, it was small and not too crowded, perfect place for me.

"Oh thank you, honey! I'll call the company right away, We need to plan some things, and pack... I'll also find a good school for someone of your genius" My mother said excitedly as I nodded and hung up blowing out smoke from the cigarette.

"Nick?... Hey bro, it's been forever, like fuck... you too good to come and see us now? and please don't use the father left excuse... we're supposed to be friends... right" A voice said as 4 17-year-olds came and the leader, Tim, wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

"Yeah..." I said quietly as I clenched my phone in my hand. Tim was the kind of guy you wouldn't want to fight, not because he was the best fighter, he wasn't, but he was pretty good, but mostly because of how smart he is.

Tim's fighting skills came from his brain, unlike the useless meatheads beside us, he used his head when he fought, using weapons when necessary and going farther than normal to strike fear into his opponents.

"I didn't hear you... Say it or I'll fuck you up little pussy" Tim said smiling widely as I finally lost it and dropped my phone slightly until I was holding it longways.

Swinging my hand to the side I aimed for the bridge of his nose in order to stop any more unnecessary violence. I stopped, however, not due to me pussying out of course, but because of Tim, elbow at my throat, causing me to drop my phone and also drop to my knees as the boys smiled over me.

'Fuck...'

1 week later we were gone, away from Emma, away from Tim and gangs, away from all my problems, and straight toward my new home. "Mom... you've never told me about dad... maybe... you can?" I asked before faltering at the last part seeing my mother freeze as the air gained a cold atmosphere.

"Nevermind... it doesn't matter anyway... I just need you after all..." I said with a soft smile as we finally boarded the plane and flew to Japan... my new home.

Thankfully mom ignored the small bruise I had on my face, it's not like they would matter and they were nearly gone anyway... at least I wouldn't get some in Japan... it seemed to be relatively safe...

"I think we'll like it here..." Mom said as we looked at the small bunched-up apartments we'd be living in from now on. I still didn't know what mom did as a job, nor did I care much, as long as she was happy then it was fine.

"Tomorrow is the first day of school... I'm a little late but it's fine..." I said to myself as I lay down on my bed, ignoring the smell of dinner cooking in the small kitchen... and then finally, it was time for school... at Kuoh high, the school that used to be a girl's school until recently...

"This place must have really been a girl's school... not bad..." Nick said to himself as he looked at the school gates, his blue hair to the side giving him a messy type look.

"Hello... you must be new here," a girl in a Kuoh school uniform said as she pushed her glasses up looking at him. Nick looked down at her and looked around before looking back at her and nodding. "I am... The names Nick... for Nick-Kun here I guess... or you guys use the last name... it's a bit confusing..." Nick said sighing as he walked forward past the girl.

"I'm the student council president," The girl with black hair and violet eyes said to Nick as he stopped and eyes her before nodding and standing still waiting for her to continue.

"We can get you registered in the office, follow me... My name is Souna Shitori... call me Shitori-Sama" Souna said as Nick nodded and promised himself to never say that, it sounded like a bad anime with 'Plot' and he wasn't the type to deal with things like that, unlike the horny perverts he'd seen just now as they walked to the office, it seemed they were peeking on the girl's locker room.

"Shouldn't you stop them?" Nick asked Souna as she turned and finally saw them. Souna looked at him narrowing her eyes slightly as she went over and stood in front of the 3 perverts with a frightening blood-chilling expression.

"What do we have here," Souna said as the 3 perverts jumped and looked at her in fear. In the window above a red-headed girl was looking over at them with interest, her interest seemingly focused on the brown-haired boy with the weird haircut.

The said boy was Issei hyoudo, a national-sized pervert and part of the perverted trio that was pretty famous in this school. This boy looked at his friends before turning and running as fast as he could, every man for himself.

Nick ran ahead and jumped up into the air before slamming his foot into Issei's back, causing the boy to fall face-first into the dirt. When he brought his head up soil was even in his teeth and Nick was already back at Souna's side.

'Shit... luckily I held back...' Nick thought as Souna eyed him before looking at the perverts and issuing punishment...

(Before Nick left)

"Kick his ass!" Tim said kicking Nick's face and then having the others stomp on him for a while. "That's what you and your slutty ass mom deserve, fucking trash," Tim said popping his collar as all 4 of them turned around.

"What the fuck did you just say?" Nick said standing up, his skin had bruises sure, but he felt completely fine. Before Tim could answer Nick's foot was already in his face, breaking his jaw and knocking out several teeth.

"Good thing we're moving... Mom would be mad that I used it..." Nick said grinning as his eyes gained a slightly darker color, this was due to him taking off his watch... which his mom had enchanted to block his bloodline...

You see, they weren't normal humans. His mother was a witch who excelled in enchantments, but that wasn't what made Nick so powerful, no it was due to his father... who had a messy background... but all Nick knew was that he was a demon.

Not a devil, they existed but his family had never interacted with them. His mother had only told him to watch out for them, since their bloodline was technically better, giving them full control of him if he wasn't strong enough to resist.

He was actually one of the last demons, the first was actually a human at first, before giving into his sins and turning into a demon, Nick's ancestor... Cain.

Realistically, Nick was a very weak demon, this was due to lack of training and also all his mother's seals. "No one gets to talk shit about my mom fuckers..." Nick said smiling widely as he rushed forward slamming his fist and elbow into the next to, instantly knocking them out and then back kicking the last one...

"You're all registered... get to class, it's nearly time for first period," Souna said adjusting her glasses as she eyed him, trying to see if he had any potential to be in her peerage.

He was obviously fit, but would he make a good devil?... she wasn't sure yet. Unlike her friend Rias who was desperate to get the kid who had a sacred gear, Sona Sitri, this being her real name, was more worried about how her peerage members would actually be as devils...

Nick got out of the office and went immediately to class, he didn't want to be late for his first day.

As he walked into the classroom he looked around seeing a few familiar faces. "Fuck... I'm in a class with you perverts?" Nick asked sighing as he looked at Issei and his two friends, who were all holding their crotches due to the earlier 'Punishment' that Souna had given.

"Hi... I'm Nick... I transferred from America... Please treat me well" Nick said bowing in front of the class and sighing as he looked at the only available seat in the room.

"You!" Issei, who had been too busy in his fantasies of women, finally realized Nick was here, and also realized who he was, the kid who had stopped his escape from earlier... but now that he took a closer look he hated this guy even more... why you might ask?... because he was handsome!

Nick had ignored it but most of the girls in the class were whispering and the guys were glaring at him, not that he really cared about it too much...

"Gotta problem pervert?... I can always kick your ass again... you're disgusting... thinking women as an object to ogle over..." Nick narrowed his eyes and smirked slightly, "Stay the fuck out of my way here in school" Nick said as he took out the books Souna had given him.

Issei froze and just scoffed before going back to his fantasies, he wasn't going to deal with it too much. Nick smiled as he finally got the time to think about things, like what he would do now he was in a new school... take over? Become popular and maybe mess around a bit? stay out of the way of those devils? Number 2 and 3 seemed like a good idea.

He had of curse, sensed that they were devils, or at least thought they were, this is how his mother had told him it would feel if he ever ran into one. She wasn't able to sense them herself since she was really only a human, except she'd also studied the demonic arts, causing her to be able to do weak magic... and also how she met his father...

After school Nick witnessed the craziest thing, Issei had actually been asked out... by a girl! It was insane to see, and also kind of annoying that the girl had decided to ask him out when Nick was standing right there... it hurt his pride a little and also started his idea to ruin the pervert's date he would have this weekend... seemed like a good idea...

"Akeno... we already know to watch out for that Issei... but how do you feel about that new student?" Rias said crossing her hands together as Akeno stood in front of her.

"He seems... weird... he definetely isn't human... but I don't think he's a fallen angel... maybe we should have your brother or step sister to come and examine him... he could still be dangerous" Akeno suggested as Rias glared at nothing in particular.

"I don't need them to solve my problems... I've been training every day since Raiser phenix was declared my fiance... I'll look weak if I don't at least take care of this first..." Rias said as the power of destruction came out slightly before she got control of herself and stood up.

"I'll be in the back... tell Koneko to come as well... I would like to spar" Rias said flattening out her skirt on her school uniform and walking out as Akeno smiled seeing her friend's determination...

"can I try first?" Akeno asked smiling sadistically as Rias paused and nodded slowly before leaving to begin her intense training regime.

Akeno smiled at the thought of messing with this boy, she would also be able to learn more about him with these tactics and determine his personality.

"How was your first day of school?" Marie, Nick's mother asked as she set down cups of noodles on the small table in the middle of the room.

Nick paused and thought whether it would be good to tell her about the devils, the worst thing she'd do was yell at him... or move, but he didn't want her to end her job just because of him.

"Fine... I even made friends with the student council president" Nick said enthusiastically deciding against worrying his mother.

"really! You made friends! is she good?... or is she like that bitch Emma-" Marie stopped and breathed out before pulling him into a hug, "I'm glad things are going well so far... you're being careful about the whole demon thing right?"

Nick nodded before they sat down and are dinner as a happy family, Marie ignorant of the dangers around Nick, and Nick ignorant to the problems that would start after his little prank on Issei...

(A/N: Yeah so Rias isn't actually an entitled person in this Au, she has actually been training and is stringer than canon... how much stronger I haven't decided yet, but not too much, and Comment some abilities for the mc, demon specific... I have some in mind for the type of demon he'll be... but some normal Bloodline exclusive demon powers...)
