Walking in, Ezekiel made himself known in the presence of the king. An imperially donned young man had also made an entrance into the King's personal dining space while walking behind him. Presently, they were now within Briceus' perimeter of vision. Briceus mused on seeing this person who was not even the least of his expectations but now that he stood before him, what more could he say or do? He'd been completely caught off-guard with this person's unexpected visit.
"Leave us!" Ezekiel bowed slightly and excused himself. Briceus waited until he'd heard the light slamming of the door before attempting to speak. From the look of things, the other party had also waited for them both to be left alone.
"Why have you come looking for me, Aldrich?" Briceus' words flowed out of his mouth smoothly yet with a coldish calm.
