Trapped

Memories of their past flooded her mind. Ryan was her childhood friend, someone she had lost touch with over the years. Ryan chuckled, his eyes gleaming with warmth. "I've been good, Alisha. It's been too long, indeed. I saw you from across the room and couldn't resist coming over to say hello."
