OUTCASTS REINSTATED

The outcasts returned to their normal activities of terrorizing the country, and this time they sent international waves across the globe. They became fearless and much more ruthless than before, killing individuals, recording videos of the murders and surfing them across the internet,hijacking flights and also joining forces with other terrorist groups. They had become much more powerful and instilled a lot of fear into society.

Reece couldn't do much at this point but did his possible best to save a number of people whose cries he heard as the pressure began to mount up on him. The activities of the outcasts, which used to be discreet in the past, were now open to everyone, and it was getting very ugly overtime. Death-Claw wanted to enjoy his reign of terror before he'd climaxed it with the Diamond.
