Chapter 37 weird rush

Tiger dropped the phone immediately as he ran his hands through his hair in frustration. This is the first time in his entire career that he didn't please Nicholas as expected and it is not a very pleasant feeling.

Fuck.

Letting off these frustrations out on someone shouldn't be a bad idea. He looked around the room pacing to and fro, trying to at least stay at ease as the door opened to Klaus walking into the room with one hand raised to his ear as he spoke softly.

His head was bent down not realizing that Tiger was still in his room. After he left in the morning feeling and having this weird rush of desire and longing for his partner, he needed to clear his head and mind for a while. Stress could make people imagine things or feel things that are not real. That should've also been the case with him.

Right?

He raised his head slowly as he felt his heart drop down to his stomach when Tiger looked at him with those intense stares.

Shit!

He's still here.

His eyes surveyed him as he walked closer to him and that was when the worst happened. He couldn't breathe.

Why the hell can't I breathe?

He tried to keep himself together but all he could see was Tiger. His body was numb as he managed to end the call.

"I'll call to check how it goes". Before he could even complete those words, Tiger was very close.

"Where the hell have you been?"

Did he just ask him where the hell he had been?

He had been in search of zhavia McKay all day and all he could say to him is ask where the hell he had been?

Nice!

He looked at him, he saw the frustrations in his eyes, he saw the anger and the curiosity. He hadn't seen Tyler this desperate for a very long time. The last time he saw him like this, it didn't go well. He doesn't make the best decisions out of desperation. The whole searching process had taken a toll on him.

He hated seeing him like this. Something in him wanted to draw him close and tell him that everything was going to be okay but he couldn't. He could only stare and understand that whatever he does or says right at this moment should be blamed on his frustrations.

"I was trying to get a head, on 'the McKay's search ". Explaining would help ease the range he feels. At least, that is the best thing to do in this case. "Why? Did something happen?"

"Nicholas called, and he was pissed, a-and I got nothing,". He walked backward and came forward again. Standing right in front of Klaus again. "Fuck! I got nothing".

This was the first time he saw Tyler stuttering and the only thing that came into his head was to comfort him. He didn't hesitate. He just wanted him to know that he was not alone in this. He closed the gap between them as he held him with care.

Brows rose in shock.
