Emma's House

"Good! She took the bait!"

Emma feels happy after getting a message from Soo Young. But Emma's euphoria that her victim had eaten the bait she threw disappeared when she realized something strange about the message. She read the message again.

"If it's the first time you've met, shouldn't the person send you a message saying 'Hi, this is the person at the bakery, My Name Is Lee Soo Young, nice to meet you,' but why did he just say his name?"

Ian was completely indifferent to Emma's chatter regarding the content of the message. He kept himself busy eating his bread.

"Hwang Ian, answer me. Do you know each other?" Emma gave the child a serious look.

"If I say yes, will you release Lee Soo Young?"

Emma rotated her eyeballs because Ian was giving her questions instead of answers. "You just have to answer yes or no. Why are you---"

"Yes," replied Ian, cutting Emma off. "She's my senior, even though we are in different faculties."

"Ah, apparently different faculty upperclassmen." Emma nodded her head understandably. "It's okay, you are only junior and senior. So, keep bringing the girl to me, okay?"

Ian squeaks when he hears Emma's words, who still asks him to bring Soo Young. If he knew it was going to stay this way, he'd better answer if she's Su Bin's lover.

Cinema Mall X

Laughter is heard in one of the cinema studios today. The film is classified as a romantic comedy. Ian was the only audience member who didn't laugh when there was a comedy scene. The young man just enjoyed the large amount of popcorn he bought. He doesn't watch alone, because Soo Young is with him. The woman was sitting right next to him. The two become fast friends after Soo Young sends her a message for the first time. They only exchanged messages at night. In addition, Ian asks Soo Young not to greet him while on campus, arguing that he does not want to be the subject of ridicule from his friends because he is close to a woman.

The young Hwang glanced at Soo Young, who was laughing. Without realizing it, he drew the corner of his lips upward. He admitted that the girl next to him is very beautiful, tall, and looks like a model. No wonder Su Bin likes this girl.

"Is there something on my face?"

Soo Young's question, coupled with the realization that she is being watched, jolts Ian out of his reverie. Without saying a word, Ian shook his head in response. He then turned his attention again to the screen in front of him.

Seeing Ian's behavior like that makes Soo Young feel nervous. The woman refocused her attention on the screen as well.

The nearly two-hour-long film was finally finished by Ian and Soo Young. The two were still sitting in the audience seats, waiting until all the spectators were out of the studio. Soo Young is busy with her cell phone, replying to incoming messages from Jae Mi. A smile was drawn on the beautiful girl's face.

While Soo Young is busy with her cell phone, Ian is busy finishing up the remaining popcorn. If you think about it, this is the first time he went to the movies alone with a woman. Before this, he went to the movies with his friends, or with Emma.

"It's empty, let's also go out," asked Soo Young, who had risen to his feet.

Ian obeyed, and the young man then followed behind Soo Young, who had walked first. He felt that this was not a date but more like a older sister taking her brother for a walk.

"You okay?" Ian asked, sounding panicked.

"Yes, I'm fine," Soo Young replied as he rubbed his forehead.

"What were you going to say?"

"Do you want to eat first?" asked Soo Young. "If so, how about we just eat at my house? I'll cook," Soo Young replied, ending with a small piety.

Ian did not immediately answer the girl's invitation. He is responding to the answer. The next moment, he gave a slight smile. "All right."

Younggu Apartment

The white car produced by the famous brand manufacturer was perfectly parked in the parking area of the Younggu apartment complex. Hwang Ian emerged from the driver's side, followed by Lee Soo Young from the car's right side.

"You live here alone?" asks Ian to open the conversation while they wait for the elevator to open.

"No. I live with my friend," Soo Young replied.

Just then the elevator door opened, and the two immediately entered. Soo Young presses the button with the number fifteen, where her apartment room is located.

"Then you split the rent in half?"

"Not really." Soo Young has a smile on his face. "The apartment happened to belong to my sister. Then, when I went to college, she told me to stay while she moved into a nicer apartment."

"Sorry I asked so many questions."

"No problem," Soo Young replied.

There was no further conversation between them, both of them were silent until they finally arrived on the fifteenth floor. The two immediately get out and walk towards Soo Young's apartment room, which is not too far from the elevator.

Soo Young enters her apartment room password, after which she lets her guests in. The two-room apartment looks very neat, there is no garbage scattered around. Even dirty dishes are not in the sink. The two girls who live here are indeed people who really like cleanliness.

"I'll change clothes first. If you get bored, just turn on the television," said Soo Young, who then entered one of the rooms.

Ian chose to pay attention to the photos of figures displayed on the wall. It's a picture of Soo Young with a woman he's seen before. It looks like this chubby-cheeked girl is Soo Young's roommate, Ian thinks that way. The young man began to observe the apartment while comparing this place with the residence of Su Bin, the man who liked the owner of this apartment.

"Very inversely," he murmured with a little piety.

A call from Soo Young diverts Ian's attention to the woman, who has changed into a more relaxed outfit. A long, oversized pink T-shirt and T-shirt-covered shorts. The woman's long hair was tied up, exposing her long neck.

"What kind of food do you like?" ask Soo Young to walk towards the kitchen.

"Anyway, I'm not a picky person when it comes to food."

"Alright, I'll cook you some good food."

Lee Soo Young gets busy working in the kitchen, preparing the necessary ingredients to cook dishes for her guests. The woman took out a pack of meat, vegetables, white tofu, kimchi, and so on. He plans to make kimchi jjigae.

Seeing Soo Young busy in the kitchen makes Ian approach the girl. He feels bad if he just keeps silent, especially considering the main purpose of approaching Soo Young.

"Can I help you?" ask it. "I can't just stand by and watch you cook."

Soo Young smiles at Ian's words. The man was very sweet, and it seemed that he had found his ideal type of man in Ian. "Then, can you cook rice?"

"I'll do it. My best friend said my rice was very good," Ian replied with a smile. He didn't lie; the rice was really good.

Both were busy in the kitchen. After cooking the rice, Ian starts helping Soo Young cook the side dish. They look like a young, newly married couple. Occasionally, they chat, talk about many things, and not infrequently also laugh because of the conversation between them.

"By the way, why are you behaving differently than usual?"
