At night, the beach outside the hotel was brightly lit.

In order to liven up the atmosphere, the production team got the contestants to interact with the guests. They held a bonfire party and filming officially started.

There were cameras all around, and the contestants had to show that they were happy and enjoying themselves.

Top talk show host, Teacher Wu, had been invited to this round of competition, where 15 out of the 20 contestants would be shortlisted. Partnering him was a female host, An Ran, from a satellite channel. Their contrasting styles, one serious and the other humorous, created a lively atmosphere.
