The morning came, and she laid awake with her fingertips dancing on his chest. He had his hand caressing her hair as they both maintained silence.

" What are your plans?"

She asked him.

"We'll strike him where it hurts the most since he's a devil "

He replied to her. 

"Do you think we would work?"

She asked him .

His brows roughened to the sound of her question.

"Why do you ask that?"

He responded.

"I just feel like we're about to relive the story of my parents"

She told him.

He sighed and then sat up making her adjust as well.

"We can do this"

He told her .

"Fighting the devil is no joke . He is always going to be the trickster"

She told him.

"I'm a devil too. Two can play the game"

He assured her.

She sighed.

"And what if we're the ones that get hurt ? "

She asked him.

"Viola I will always keep you safe"
