I don't know for sure where he is, but I'm sure he must be there. Inner Tony out of the Kingdom of the Ruler.

He headed to the city center to find the place he wanted to go because he felt that from the city center the area around the rainbow city on Earth-Two would be seen. Tony wears clothes similar to the natives of the Earth-Two. By simply changing his appearance to overpower mode, Tony is a very visible part of the Earth-Two.

"There!" He said while pointing to the highest peak of the hilly hills on earth. Tony guessed that if Alex went secretly, he would go to that place. Where he previously told Tony that only that place could make him feel free to be on earth two. Free from any threats or problems he has.

Tony walked rather quickly cutting several alleys and roads, so he could quickly get to that place. He couldn't use his powers around the downtown area, as there would be tons of spies who would be happy to report whatever happened.
