Chapter forty-nine.
" Ah!"Sabel grimaced as the ice cream melted in between her teeth.
" Take it easy." Danvers scolded.
Throughout their journey, Sabel requested a vanilla ice cream on seeing a small boy with it. Before he knew it, he saw himself buying one for her due, he doesn't like sure things but to avoid her pitiful eyes. He lets himself be dragged in here which is not a part of his character. He must agree that something about this girl seems familiar which makes him to behaviour a little carefree and comfortable around her. If his colleagues in the military see him now. They will never recognize him.
"Hmm, I will," she said licking her fingers that were smitten with ice cream.
Danvers looked at her, finding her action seductive. He looked away from her.
" When you are done, you let me know."
" I'm not holding you, we can still go. You are the one insisting that I should finish my ice cream first." she pouted and smiled.
