Chapter 54: A New Beginning

The morning after dinner was calm and full of anticipation. — "I know," Kendall replied, smiling. "And I'm glad you two have found your path to happiness. Just keep being yourself and everything will be okay."

— "Absolutely," Thomas said. "I truly believe we have something special, and I want you to know that this will never affect our friendship. You are like a sister to me, and you always will be."

Kendall smiled, appreciating Thomas' words. She felt a deep sense of peace and gratitude, knowing that despite the complications, love and friendship can overcome even the most difficult barriers.

"Thank you, Thomas," Kendall said, giving him a tight hug. "I'm really happy to have you in my life."
