What Elias was asking about, of course, wasn't about "teleportation" or anything of the sort, but rather about the so-called "becoming a god."

He was eager to uncover the real agenda. Was Tilly genuinely as she claimed, or was she concealing some dark plot?

This was right up Olivia's alley.

She had a knack for reading human micro-expressions, discerning the subtle shifts in people's emotions.

In other words, Olivia was a human "lie detector."

On hearing this, Olivia's eyes narrowed slightly.

"As for her claim about ascending to godhood..."

"She wasn't lying."

Elias, listening to Olivia, furrowed his brows in thought.

"Not lying?"

"At least she truly believes the ritual is legit. And her professor did actually pull it off." Olivia quirked her lips, "This witch is getting crazier by the minute…"
