The Birth of a Demon Lord

Labels affect people's lives in any world. As it turns out, being a demon brings a bunch of dangers. After his reincarnation the idea of being a demon didn't really bother Azemo, instead the reality of magic and fantasy occupied his thoughts. Gaining more power or a new technique was more important than learning about the war between demons, humans and beasts. Also he was reborn with modern day villains so being a demon was the least of his worries. At first it was like he was back at school, a school filled with violence and death but he was still learning stuff. However Azemo would be forced to learn about the gravity of being a demon when he ventured from the demon stronghold. Azemo did not have any grand goals or ideas but the world has a way of forcing troubles and tribulations upon beings.

Treasure Trouble

The call of loot was quite powerful and pretty soon our party was back in the zepsile's cave. However, we were much more careful and Azel had sent a small ball of fire to scout to the lair. While coming to terms with the fact that her fire would not work against every enemy she was being extra careful.

It only took a few minutes before the ball of fire returned and Azel confirmed that the lair was only occupied by the dead corpse of the zepsile.

Led by the excited Jesen we hurried back into the dark cave that had brought about so much despair.

The dreadful smell was the first thing I noticed and I guess it wasn't surprising that a corpse would smell bad.

The next thing that drew my attention was the actual corpse as I focused on the large hole in its chest. It was enormous as if the creature had been skewered by a giant spear and the two gunshot wounds were masked in the cavernous hole.
