What should I do about the insatiable desire I've had for Karlton ever since I first lay eyes on her? To begin, I pondered what, if anything, I should do next. I had no idea how to get started. When we first set out, I had no idea how long the excursion to station three would take, nor what would happen once we arrived. How likely was it that I wouldn't see her again when we arrived?

My mother always said that we only get one shot at life, so we may as well make the most of the opportunities that present themselves while we're young. Because of the positive responses I received from the female members of the medical center's staff, I have decided to keep my current appearance, which includes my dark hair and brown eyes. Basically, this meant that if Karlton was at all interested in boys, I would have a good chance of convincing her to meet up with me under the right circumstances.
