The rapid sounds of the machine woke me up, make me slowly open my eyes

the first thing I realized is that I was in a hospital room, Alex said on the chair beside my bed holding my hands as he rested his head on the bed, Brandon and belle were on the side standing up as Brandon wiped tears, Katie and Nate on the sofa sat cuddled up as Katie had tears falling

Ethan on the ground with his face on his knees as he ran his fingers through his hair roughly

/"baby?/" I said in a raspy voice as I got everyone's attention and they all came beside the bed

/"You're awake!/" Katie said

/"How do you feel?/" Alex asked cupping my cheek and as soon as I saw his face clearly, I knew that he was crying from his puffy eyes and the redness of his nose

/"Sore/" I said /"water/"

Belle rushed and got me a water bottle before handing it to Alex as he slowly helped me drink

/"Thankgod you're awake/" Nate said
