Hate the feeling of being alone
Anthony looked away as he didn't know what to say to her. It was so sudden, and he's not yet ready to accept someone. His chest isn't fully healed after the pain he had felt from his previous feelings for Abigail. He looked at her, and it could seen the disappointment on her face, it's fine to him to see her reacted that way and also to avoid her from getting hurt because of him.
"Aright... I'll be heading back now, Dr. I'm sorry for interrupting your time," she said and was about to walk when Anthony stopped her from leaving when he held her hands and turn her back to face him. She could hear the loudness throb of her chest while her eyes were still on him, she swallow hard.
Their eyes met and she could feel that she was about to melt on his stares. It was so seductive, and she couldn't stop herself to fall in love with him even more. She was still staring at him when Anthony broke it off and spoke.
"Don't stay up late."
