Accept the offer

"I love you so much, Honey," he muttered with a smile of contentment before driving off, his heart filled with hope for a future with her.

He was willing to do whatever it took to make her happy, even if it meant keeping his feelings hidden for now.

Celdrick drove his car into the driveway, relieved to find that his father hadn't arrived home yet. He parked the car and made his way to his room, settling down on his bed. His room was adorned with pictures of Honeybell, each one bringing a smile to his face. The memories of their time together left him feeling fulfilled and content.

He walked over to his painting table and gathered his painting materials. With a smile on his face, he began to paint a portrait of Honeybell.

"She is so beautiful and captivating," he thought to himself.

Knight Coffee Shop

Flower entered the coffee shop, the sound of her heels echoing through the room as she walked. She was dressed in jean shorts that accentuated her curvy figure, paired with white stockings that added a touch of elegance. Looking around the shop, Flower dialed Japheth's number. As she turned, she noticed a slim man waving her over. He was dressed in a hoodie, ripped jeans, and black boots.

"Over here, miss," he called out.

Flower let out a sigh before making her way towards him, her gaze filled with a hint of menace.

"Don't try any tricks with me, or you'll regret it," she warned with a stern voice.

"Sure, miss," he replied, chuckling.

"Could you please take a seat?" he asked politely.

Flower sat down, folding her arms across her chest.

"I didn't expect you to be this beautiful," Japheth commented with a hint of humor.

Rolling her eyes, Flower responded, "Cut the chase. I'm not here for small talk. What's the deal?"

"Alright, calm down, miss. Let's order some coffee first," Japheth suggested, placing their order with the waiter. Within minutes, their coffees were served.

Flower stared at her cup of coffee, then glanced at Japheth.

"The bill is on me," he said, flashing a smile.

Rolling her eyes once again, Flower took a sip of her coffee.

"Now, what's your deal? Stop wasting my time," she demanded.

"Fair enough. Let's get down to business. I need a talented chef for my boss," Japheth announced.

Flower raised an eyebrow. "Who is your boss, and what's the pay?"

"You'll only find out who my boss is once you start working ," Japheth replied. "And the pay is two million dollars per month."

Flower's eyes widened in disbelief. "Two million dollars per month? Are you joking?" she asked, her shock evident.

Japheth shook his head. "I'm not joking. And not only that, if you accept the offer, you'll also be living with him in his house. So, do you accept?"

Flower's mind raced. The offer was certainly tempting, and the thought of working for a mysterious boss with such a high salary was intriguing. But she knew she couldn't make a decision without more information.

"I need to know more about your boss," she said cautiously. "Who is he? What kind of chef does he need? And why is the pay so high?"

Japheth leaned back in his chair, contemplating her questions. "I can't reveal too much right now, but I can assure you that he is a high-profile individual who values privacy. As for the kind of chef he needs, he requires someone who can handle a variety of cuisines and create gourmet dishes. And as for the pay, well, he believes in compensating his employees generously."

Flower thought for a moment, weighing the risks and rewards. The offer seemed too good to pass up, and she couldn't deny her curiosity about this enigmatic boss.

Meanwhile, Harrison and Celtus were on their way to the skate park when suddenly, a girl bumped into Harrison. His quick reflexes allowed him to catch her by the waist, preventing her from falling. Harrison's eyes widened at the sight of her.

Her round doll-like eyes, pink full lips, and small round nose captivated him. With an oval-shaped face and a graceful aura, she exuded beauty.

"Watch where you're going!" she said rudely and scoffed.

Harrison just stood on his spot as he stared at her run away..

Two girls ran after her,it was obvious they were chasing after her.

"Cel did I break my leg? Cause I think I just fell in love" Harrison muttered.

….

Harrison opened the door to see Marissa standing there.

"Marissa," he muttered under his breath.

"Where's Flower?" Marissa asked as she entered, dropping herself onto the couch.

"She went out. Don't ask me where because I don't know either," Harrison shrugged.

Isla rolled Riley's wheelchair into the sitting room and saw Marrissa.

" Good evening ma and sir" Marrissa greeted and they responded.

" I wonder where Flower went. It is quite unlike her" Isla wondered.

The door bell sounded and Harrison grudgingly went to open the door. It turned out to be Flower on the other end.

"Sis," he gasped.

Flower pushed him out of the way and entered the house completely.

"Mom, dad, I just landed a huge deal that will bring us more money," Flower announced.

"What are you talking about?" Isla inquired, looking perplexed.

"I received an offer to work as a chef, and the pay for one month is two million dollars," Flower explained.

"What?" Riley gasped.

"Are you joking?" Harrison asked.

"Of course not, I'm serious," Flower confirmed.

"How? How did you get this opportunity?" Marissa asked, clearly shocked.

"I had just finished taking a bath this afternoon when my phone rang. The caller introduced himself and instructed me to meet him at a coffee shop, which I did. There he presented me with the offer," Flower narrated excitedly.

"Wow, did you accept it?" Harrison inquired.

"Not yet. I wanted to discuss it with you guys," Flower huffed.

"Why didn't you accept it? This opportunity shouldn't pass you by," Marissa screeched.

"Accept it, Flower. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity," Riley remarked.
