She was right!. The Nigerian princess was absolutely right. Loan and his men found his lost guns! Gosh his precious guns were back home!. They were found at the warehouse she had described to him last night.
All Ludwig's instincts had told him this could have been one of Alexander's ploy to put him to doom again but since his life was already hanging by the last fishing line he decided to give it a shot.
If they hadn't found anything he would have shot Tory in the head himself.
Now, standing in front vast boxes filled with the new gun that would shake the black market!, all his recovered gun from the last shipping that had disappeared.
He had spend a fortune on those guns. Why?, they weren't like the other guns. They were better than even AK-47s'. These guns have never been sold before, no other group had them, not even Alexander. He would make triple of the fortune he spent on them.
The frown that had been lacing his brows vanished as he admired the spiky bullets.
Loan on the other hand could have been internally happy, but his face was plain and emotionless, "How did you know the guns would be there?."
"Get that lady out of the cell" Ludwig ordered, ignoring the question.
"What lady?" Came Loan's reply.
He turned to loan furrowing a brow, not giving him a reply. Loan understood and Ludwig knew he did.
"But why?."
"Question me one more time Loan and you'll be the man to die by these new bitchs!" He turned to Loan with a gun in hand and shot him with an empty gun making a pow sound with his mouth.
The men behind Loan has jumped back and squated on the floor in fright but not Loan, the man had seen better days and wasn't afraid of dying, and because he knew Ludwig.
Ludwig made a mental note to buy more guards, this time strong ex-convincts and trained military men. Enough of this Dickwards.
"Get her out now. Put her in a new room, a better one and have her fed good food. I have a feeling she's going to be very useful" he said more to himself than Loan.
Loan did as he was told but he personally wasn't happy with it. He was well aware that Ludwig went crazy when women were concerned, and even more suspicious when Ludwig had returned with her not up to an hour after she was sold to Alexander. Ludwig had offered no explanation why and he couldn't ask.
The most confusing part was when Ludwig had her locked up back and then brought the men together to conduct a search, making Loan the leader of the search.
Before then, they had had neither an head or tail lead of where the guns could possibly be, but they found everything in one search and Loan had a feeling it was because of the lady he was going to get from the cell at the moment.
He reached her cell, unlocked the door, and went in while three men waited outside the cell door guarding it just incase Tory was to try anything funny.
Loan scoffed immediately he set his eyes on Tory. She was standing at the farthest part of the cell, running a finger over the cast around her elbow, not at all fidgeting like before.
She looked up, a wry knowing smile spread over her lips, "We're changing room, are we?."
Loan would have loved to see the look on her face if he had said, "to your death!" But he dared not.
Defeated and enraged, he motioned for her to walk out of the cell.
She rearranged her dress instead and flipped her hair over her neck slowly, a thing she did occasionally, "After you, Loan!" She said looking at him right in the eye.
At that point, Loan knew he was going to hate her, and he also knew his position as Ludwig's right man was going to be in danger with her around!. Scoff, the skinny woman he could kill in the blink of an eye.
When Loan saw that she wouldn't move unless he did, he bulged but only because he had more important things to take care of, Ludwig was setting up a black market sale that night. All the big shot criminals, business men, even actors and politicians would be there. They had police men to tip to move the guns to the venue.
Loan took her to a very beautiful and exclusively furnished room, with grand feminine taste, the entire walls of the room was a monochrome color of deep lilac purple. They was no need for curtains since they were no windows and they were underground.
The bedspread were a lighter shade of purple, up up 12 fluffy pillows decorated the bed. There was a walk-in closet by the right, and a dresser arranged with different body lotions. The floor had patchs of love shaped purple rugs at different arranged part of the room.
Purple was Angela's favorite color and she had decorated that room herself since it was hers. That was a couple of years ago when she still lived with Ludwig. One year ago she broke up with Ludwig going for someone else and moved out.
Loan had respected Angela as much as he respected Ludwig. She was a woman that screamed power and intelligence even by mere looking at her. But she wanted more power so she had to go for someone more powerful than Ludwig, who could blame her.
Loan had his reasons for putting Tory inside that very room.
