I enjoy drinking some low alcohol content stuff.
There are just some days you want to drink something. So the best way to do so is in low quantities.
Things like a 0.5l can of long drink. They are nice to sip during the night, after having a good shower. Truly a bliss.
Then again you can also enjoy something like a glass of wine. Which although has higher alcohol content, drinking it in lower quantity gives the same effect.
Doing this like once a week is super relaxing. If you are of drinking age in your country, and although I shouldn't, I will still recommend you to try this.
Doing this may even help you build up some tolerance for alcohol, though I can't confirm it. Also, you may or may not develop an addition, I'm not sure.
Try avoid drinks that have high alcohol content, things like vodka, rum, whiskey, and stuff like this.
But just remember, try to keep it once a week, no large amount of alcohol, and try to drink responsibly.
You don't want to end up as an alcoholic after all.
